I booked an appointment with Melba and it was fantastic! Melba was so very sweet, kind, and attentive to my hair goals. She gave me the most perfect cool toned blonde I could’ve asked for! I love the end result- absolutely rebooked with her for my next visit!

Nazima told me she would never charge me for a service without telling me but decided to charge me for some expensive conditioning treatment. Was so disappointed and felt taken advantage of.

Haley gave me the best coloring I can every remember having. She listened, she heard what I wanted, she asked questions, she told me what she planned to do and then she did the best balayage that turned out exactly how I hoped and wanted! I LOVE my hair! I will never let anyone else color my hair again, Haley's the best! Thank you Haley!!

I have been going to Zano for over 20 years! I always get my nails done from Liam’s. She is the best! I always have the best time and she does a beautiful job. I’ll never go to anyone else!

Used to be 5 star, but has been reduced to 3. Love Mari at the Batavia location for nails. However the salon has stated charging a 1.5% fee if I want to use a credit card. This is total ripoff and way for them to make more money without raising rates. No one in any developed country is moving from credit to cash. This is a huge step backward and I will reconsider going here in the future.

I have been to different salons in the area, but none compare to Zano. The amount of professionalism and care the stylists and reception ladies give is out of this world. HALEY and KARISSA have been my stylists for almost 2 years, and they provide the most luxurious and incredible services. I highly recommend trying Zano because you will not regret it!

Cassandra (Ogden location) has been cutting my hair on and off for 15 years. I live out of state and I make sure to see her when I come to town. Last time she gave me the most amazing cut just in time for my birthday. My style changes a lot and Cassandra ALWAYS gives me what I want; any length, any style. I have moderately thick, course, moderately curly hair and I've always been able to wear my cuts curly, blown out, straight, etc. and they always wear so well. I can't wait to get back in her chair!!!!

I have been coming to this Zanos for years and have always had the best experience. The staff is always so welcoming and kind. I frequently get my nails done here with Liama. Liama is truly one of the best nail technicians I have ever met. Her attention to detail and dedication to all of her clients is exceptional. She truly feels like she is apart of my family and I will forever be grateful to her.

I have gotten a plethora of hair cuts, colors, pedicures, manis, brow services and even had my hair done for many a school dances back in the day. The staff is incredibly kind, the stylists make you feel like family, and always deliver incredible services!

I wanted a deep red-violet balayage with face framing “money pieces” and a hair cut that kept my hair long but lightened up the weight of it and removed the dead ends. It was perfect and looked amazing! Michelle did a phenomenal job on my hair! It was exactly what I wanted and she really took the time listening to what I wanted my cut and color to be like. I couldn’t be happier with the service I received and will definitely be going back to her again!

I’ve been going to Zano’s in Batavia for over 17yrs and the highlight of my experience is with Laima. She not only is an amazing manicurist but an amazing person! She is warm, loving and a wonderful person - feels like family. Sitting in that massage chair, getting a pedicure, is like a vacation away - feels phenomenal! I would highly recommend going to Laima!!

Nazeema is always so truly amazing ! It starts with her warm and genuine greeting when you come in, then she will give you her best advice (which of course I always take), then uses her talent and gift of doing my hair and it comes out absolutely beautiful! I appreciate her so much and Zano Salon for having her as an employee! She is a true professional and I thank her and Zano for a great experience every time I come in ! ❤️

Nazima is THE best hair colorist I've ever gone too; and I've had many over the years. I've been coming to Zanos since it first opened, when Nazima was the person doing the hair washes...she was THE best at that "first"...I only wanted her to wash my hair, so thorough, massage etc! As a colorist she's a consummate professional, very thorough, extremely knowledgeable and always "gets it right." She's a subject matter expert with an eye for color; and not surprisingly now, she teaches others to do hair color. I always walk out looking and feeling absolutely beautiful!! You get what you pay for here, excellence every time. High Five!! Ten plus stars!!

I was very disappointed as a result of getting a gift card for zano in Batavia and was unable to use it for a massage. Getting my money back was not an option so I am left pretty much with a $100 loss.

I've been a client at Zano Salon in Batavia for about 3 years now and have seen two different stylists in that time (the first one moved away). My experiences have always been very good. The prices are in line with what you'd expect for a good cut/color/style from knowledgeable professionals. You can easily book and reschedule appointments online, and staff have always been friendly and helpful.
