Amazing experience! The whole team was so kind and the massage therapists were fantastic. Made our stay at the hotel incredible! Highly recommend for anyone visiting Dallas. My daughter goes to SMU and she loved it as well, we will be back!

I had an awesome experience at the spa. After a travel day and flying in from California this is just what I needed. From walking in and the friendliness at the front desk to the amazing massage. We had a great experience and Tima did a great job. I appreciate Carol & Cody making the experience one to remember!

I made reservations for a bachelorette party at Zaspa for 6 girls. We had a wonderful experience! The spa manager went above and beyond and set up a lovey and inviting waiting area. The massage was very relaxing, and everyone is our party left relaxed and rejuvenated! I will be returning!

My fiancé and I got a couples massage. Stephanie was my massage therapist and it was one of the best massages I’ve ever received. She relieved tension and soreness without super harsh techniques during the massage. It was wonderful and relaxing!

I booked this hoping it would be more of a spa experience and I was disappointed. I had a deep tissue massage and while it was relaxing, it really wasn't deep tissue and was more of a swedish style. I brought a bag and was hoping to utilize typical spa facilities such as a steam sauna or whirlpool tub/ pool/ etc. and was disappointed to find that the ZaSpa offered none of those options. They don't even allow you to use the hotel pool despite paying $350 for a spa treatment which is actually more than the cost of one night as a hotel guest. Additionally, I planned to shower and get ready for my day following the use of the spa and there was one shower, one toilet (that the staff also used so it was fairly busy in and out) and only two sinks in the ladies locker area. It was tiny and not very spa like in terms of amenities. For example, the blow dryer was old and tired and didn't put out much air or heat so it took me twice as long to blow dry my hair. If someone is staying in the hotel, I would think a massage would be nice and then return to your own room to shower and get dressed. However, I was staying elsewhere so I was really wanting a true spa experience.

Nice place! They have a shower, lockers, and lovely robes to wear while waiting for your appointment. The spa is a bit small, and doesn’t have the usual spa amenities. Everything is low lit, which is peaceful. We had a couple’s massage and it was great. Only thing I have to say is that our Appt was at 11, and they seemed to have started our massage timer then, instead of when we actually got into the treatment room. For such an expensive place, you think you’d get the whole time. They also add a 20% gratuity to your bill, which I disagree with.

During a short trip to Dallas I had to try this spa. This is a 3.5 star review really. Staff was absolutely fantastic, helpful, skilled and professional. The spa is very small, very.. so try to go when there are not many people there. You might not find a seat in the mini lounge otherwise. Had an excellent massage, but.. sadly kept hearing loud thuds, which turned out to be the gym and people dropping weights. They should definitely do something about that. They have lovely products and great tea. If you are not staying at the hotel, they have valet service if you are driving.
