I recently had a facial with Jude, and I can't recommend her enough! From the moment I walked in, she made me feel incredibly welcome and at ease. Jude is not only super nice but also extremely knowledgeable about all the services my skin needs. She took the time to explain everything and addressed all my concerns and questions with care. Her energy is so comfortable and calming, which made the experience even more enjoyable. After my facial, my skin looked super soft and glowy—I'm absolutely thrilled with the results! I’m already looking forward to my next appointment for her magical services. Thank you, Jude!

i can't RAVE enough about ZEM . The Spa is very inviting, clean and updated. Sara has been a life saver for me. This Spa has been the ONLY Spa after going to 4 others that took my money was the only one that took the time to listen to my concerns about my weight and helped me. Being a peri- menopausal Female w/ new onset of weight gain, headaches , joint pain , fatigued . Sara was the only one who was emphatic and understood what i was feeling. i did all the diets and programs w/ no success . ZEM treated me as a person not a number and has helped me with my weight loss journey . fast forward soon to be a month and i feel great !!! than i have in two years, my confidence , my mental health , my clothes i can wear again!!! i owe it all to Sara, ZEM, and staff. i feel like a friend walking in and i will continue to walk through those doors because they have a client for life . ZEM truly cares about your well being and treat you as a whole !!!! i highly recommend ZEM.

I went in for lip filler and it was a disaster. The facility is nice but please be prepared to know do not go in as a model because you will experience a non experience nurse under the guidance of office staff and a lady who seemed to be a med rep selling the filler to the office. I experienced a bad reaction to the filler which can be a side effect. The nurse who injected my filler was guided by others and I could feel a difference in the technique used. I’m weeks out with knots and you can see each injection site as the knots are located and noticeable on my lips. I went in for a massage and the nurse worked them out especially one that looked like a blood clot and Im left with a dark mark on my lip. I specifically asked for a fuller top lip and they promised my bottom lip to look smooth and fuller as well. Well my top lip looks lumpy and my bottom lip is still flat with a scar and a few lumps. I advised them of my last experience at another facility who actually gave me my remaining filler 2 weeks out, followed up with professional phone calls and provided several massages. Anyway I remained in contact with the nurse who performed my recent procedure at Zem and she did her due diligence of ensuring to pass along what was going on. Those above her the manager Sam advised I could not get the remainder of my filler which was not discussed on the day of my procedure otherwise I would’ve used it all. Money basically wasted. I was told I could come back in a few weeks to get the remainder which was a complete lie. Nothing was done to remedy this issue except being told by Sam I could use the best friend deal they have going on. I would not ever recommend this place all they want is your money and not concerned with patient care.

Such a fun experience with Sara! Had a friend Botox date and she was excellent. She made sure to mark and make sure we were satisfied with placement before injecting. Was virtually pain free!

Amazing facial with Jude! I would give 1 million stars if I could. It was my first facial ever and she’s so sweet and so talented. My experience was relaxing and enjoyable. You can tell she’s so passionate about her work. I’m officially addicted. Will be booking again!!

I loved everything Jude did during my session! She was extremely professional, friendly, and overall amazing! She really knew how all products worked and the benefits of each which was really helpful since it was my first time getting a facial/experiencing something like this. 10/10 would recommend coming here, I'm definitely going to be!

Jude is absolutely amazing at what she does. She is educated about her skin care products which was super important for me. She answered all My questions about my skin concerns with great options. I walked out glowing!!!! Even the next morning with no make up my skin looks amazing. Thank you Jude!

I got a hydra facial and I added on derma-planning from the aesthetician Jude- and let me tell you- my skin has been glowing ever since! I’ve gotten these services done before at a different spa but Jude at Zem made the experience a 10/10. Definitely recommend

I had the best experience at Zem Aesthetics & Med Spa! I got my first ever facial by Esthetician Jude and she was amazing. Jude is very knowledgeable about her work and made me feel super comfortable! She went over everything she was going to do during the facial after giving me a consultation. I would highly recommend this spa and will definitely be going back to get my second facial with Jude!

I must confess that this was my first ever facial and Jude was absolutely amazing. From the moment i checked in, she was soft spoken and explained both what she was doing and the benefit to me. Very relaxing and stress free and although I came in a little skeptical (being a guy) I left feeling great and excited to schedule my next appointment. Amazing facility AND staff. Jude is great!

I recently had a facial at this spa and it was by far the best facial I’ve ever had!! Not only did Jude do an amazing job at explaining the details of the facial, but the facial itself was next level!! She did the hydrafacial with derma-planing and the Jlo glow, and it left my skin hydrated and glowing!! Can’t wait to go back for a VIPeel which I plan on doing soon with Jude as well! Highly recommend this spa….ask for Jude!!

I recently visited Zem for a pre-wedding facial and was thoroughly impressed by the clean, professional atmosphere. The staff was welcoming and tailored the treatment to my skin’s needs. I went to Zem med spa for Laser hair removal and a VI Peel . I was nervous about getting these procedures done but the esthetician was so helpful and answered all my questions very professionally. The laser was totally painless and I’m looking forward to my next session. The VI peel result is amazing and I love how my skin is looking after just doing one . They recommend 3 peels and I will definitely be going back to get my other two done in the next couple of months. Highly recommend Zem Med spa 👍🏼
