Truly awful service, terrible application skills of technician and cheap quality nail polish. Seriously, don't waste your money or time here. They have no idea what customer service is and a five year old would be able to apply polish better than the technicians here. I should have known something was weird when most other patrons were bringing their own nail varnish with them and not a single smile or pleasant word was spoken in the 2-hours I wasted here. Two of the massage chairs are broken as well and they just seem so lazy about actually doing their work. I truly hope this place goes under new management or shuts down.

I came to do my nails and I asked her to keep them long and she literally filled them super short. I walked and didn't even get them done because I saw she filled 2 of them short after I had been growing them out. I'm so annoyed. She told me my nails are were too long, so dumb at least I didn't waste my money. What a joke, I’m literally crying right now

The waxing is so terrible! They peeled my underarm’s skin off! It’s paining so much! Such a bad experience, they were not even using proper wax strips and when pointed they said its the best! Horrible. Only nails were slightly okay

This is my go-to Nail Salon in the area. People are so nice and friendly. Always do a great 💅🏻 job. Reasonable price too.

Great service! They were able to fit my sister, niece and I in as walk ins on a very busy holiday weekend with very little wait time in between. We were all over the moon with our manicures and their pedicures. I know my sister is already a repeat client of many years but now whenever I visit, this shop will always be a stop on my trip.

They are polite and professional and usually my dip manicures last 4 weeks. Unfortunately, twice now they have broken randomly within the first week and they still charge you $7-8 to fix a single nail. I truly think a broken nail in the first week should be fixed for free as it has at my previous spots.

I was in the area and saw that this place was packed...so I assumed that it was a good nail shop. The staff all seemed nice and friendly. The problem is with my nail technician that did my pedicure. I don't know her name. She was digging super deep into the side of my toe nail. It hurt so bad and I kinda pulled away but she kept doing that. My skin was punctured and I kept bleeding. She applied something to make the bleeding stop but it wasn't working. She never apologized. So the point is that not every nail technician knows what they are doing. Be careful!

I would be okay if they had just done a bad job painting my nails but they cut past my cuticle and into my skin right before travel and It bled for two days. It was a painful first week. I was worried about infection. It has been 12 days and my toe is still hurting/healing. Stay away!!

I've been going to this nail spa for four years now. I started going there because I needed a place to get my nail's done for my wedding and I found them online based off of customer feed back & experience! So I gave them a try and they did such a beautiful job on my nails for my wedding that I've been going back ever since! You won't be disappointed! Try them out and see for yourself!

Disappointing experience. Mani pedis are quoted at $35, but if you pick a silver top color (not gel, just "shine" which is not better quality), it's "$5more" ...no, "$10 more" for hands and toes. The color shelves are limited, disorganized, and stuck behind two spa chairs. The woman who did my manicure was pushy and rude, wouldn't listen to my requests and just kept filing shorter, pulled and shoved my hands, did a sloppy job, and more. I'm usually a very easygoing customer, and everyone has tough days, but this is a personal body service that we're paying for and nothing made this Zen Spa very "zen". Everyone else seemed nice, and the pedicurist did a thorough job, but the extra cost quotes were not communicated professionally.

Disappointing pedicure. The polish I chose was $5 more, though it's not marked in any way on the shelf. No water was offered to drink. The "massage" with the moisturizer was basically non existent and when it was done, there was no checking back in to see how the drying process was going, no dryers or spray offered to help it along. The pedicure itself is okay, but if you're looking for pampering, this is not the spot.

Second visit was a bit of mishap. They barely opened at 9:20 and my appointment was at 9:30. But the ladies are super nice, gentle and thorough with my nails. I was getting sleepy from their conversations and music in background as white noise.

Have been going to Zen for 10 years...it is very popular - street parking, (there is a lot across the street) couple of great manicurists, all are generally hard working; do call for an appt.

Technically great skill but I am a person that does not always feel welcomed there. I frequent often because they are good. I feel they rather thar I go somewhere else. Being honest.
