Having spent all day walking through Central Park and Midtown, this was the best place to come across in desperate need for a massage. The masseuse was accommodating and provided a warm and peaceful environment to escape the city. I will definitely come visit again when I'm in NYC. The best relief for my tired shoulders and back. It was amazing.

I often travel to New York for business. After a busy week, I decided to relax my tight muscles. I did a quick Google search, and found zen body work massage. I made an appointment by phone, quick and easy without any language problems. I got to the spa and it looks very nice, it looked freshly renovated. The environment is very warm with soft lighting. My therapist was Amanda, she did a brief introduction and began to give me a massage. She is easy to chat with, while enjoying her attentive massage skills. Zen offers Chinese acupressure and Thai stretching as well. I had some pain in my back and Amanda used a combination of massage techniques with the therapist. Walking out of this room, it made me feel light and light. I felt like my body was not so heavy. I was very happy. The price was not expensive and it felt like a great value for money. I will come back to this massage parlor and highly recommend it!

The room is spacious, the environment is beautiful, the therapist is very nice, and I felt very comfortable all over after the massage, I left with a satisfied smile.

Went to this massage it was very nice and clean masseuse did an awesome job with my 1-hour massage everything was clean including the the linens and the bed definitely will be going back really enjoyed my 1-hour massage left there with no kinks in my neck she did a great job awesome highly recommend going there very clean environment and great staff. I called and booked an appointment with Zen. This place is newly opened (or open again after pandemic) and very clean and neat. The staff is very friendly. I booked with Amanda, she seems younger around 35 and very skilled in massage. She asks what kind of pressure you want and adjusts as she goes, checking with you each time. Overall a great experience and I highly recommend Zen.

I have been here twice now. There is a nice calm environment. The space is clean and neat and the massage is very good. She told me that most guests are men, and she can give a hard massage.
