Awesome massage! Yuyu and May are the two best therapist there. I’ve gotten both foot and full body massages here, and can’t recommend it enough. Selene, at the front desk, is really sweet and takes the time to understand what service you might need

First time at this location, I was having some shoulder pain but my usual location/therapist was booked. Happy to have got placed with Karina and glad to have two great massage therapist now. She helped with some knots in my shoulder/neck, made sure pressure was good and left me feeling relaxed when I left.

-Too much to be expected from employee(s) Called hours in advance to see if they can accommodate 5 people and they said yes and made an appointment. The session felt a little rushed and I was ok with that since we were 1-2 minutes late since we were waiting for the second half of the party. There was a 3% card fee which I can understand and they told us to sign the merchant receipt after our session was over. It made sense so guests can leave a tip if they want to after the session was over. After signing, we were attempting to pull out our wallets to leave a tip but in their point of view, it looks like we were ready to go and the person on the register said "Sir, no tip? You can leave one on the receipt." After telling her we're trying to pull out cash she was calm at first and afterwards she saw how much and said "that's it?" After getting lectured why they deserve to be tipped more, it feels like I'd be better off with a massage chair you'd see at the mall.

The language barrier between myself and my massage therapist made it difficult to communicate my needs regarding the specific issues I wanted addressed. Though you can pay using card they made it clear that it was best to use cash. The place is beautifully designed and quite spacious.

This place has gone downhill since they switched management. Prices have increased with nothing added to the experience. My husband bought a gift card with cash, when I went to pay for my service they charged me the credit card price. I had the receipt to show he paid cash but they still would not honor the cash price. Fine. I had a balance left on the GC, so I went back to use it. They had a coupon for $10 off an hour massage in the Penny Saver. When I went to pay for services they told me I could not combine the coupon with a GC. Just seems like they don't honor what they advertise. One star because Jason is kind and has a VERY firm hand. However, I will no be returning.

my husband paid for me to go get a massage today and it was absolutely the worst experience ive had. The guy giving me the massage was pressing so hard i was in excruciating pain, i asked multiple time for him to do less pressure but he wouldn't listen. He tried to convince me he needed to give me "Chinese medicine" to help my back. After the massage was finished they told me i needed to tip (which they didnt deserve), I told them i had no money i had to go ask my husband. I told him what they did and that they were very rudely almost demanding a tip. He then went in asked for change for a $20 and that they could keep $5 of it which is outrageous since they caused me so much pain. The woman refused to give him the $15 back and said no its 15% and kept $10 instead. By the time i got home i could barely move and when i asked my husband to put pain cream on my back he found my entire back was covered in bruises and i had multiple cuts. DONT GO HERE they will take your money, demand a tip and most importantly HURT you!!!

Customer service is horrible. Sadly the workers don't speak English. Communication was a bit difficult. It's better to bring cash because their cc device doesn't work. Massage was great! But we were very shocked for the masseuse asked for more tip after tipping them out the door! We don't plan to go back and we don't recommend it to anyone.

Very professional and friendly staff. They even worked on my trouble areas (lower back & shoulders) and got the kinks out. The only part I wasn't fond of is that they don't offer water and my gal kept leaving the room in the middle of my massage. Other than that, they would've gotten 5stars from me.

For the price you can't beat this place. I've had both foot massage and body massage. All have been good to excellent. Love that it's close and has easy parking.

Very nice place, and nice people. The full body massage was amazing. This place also is very clean and nice, a very calming atmosphere. I've been here several times and have never had a bad experience.

Worst experience ever! Zero stars! 0! Zero! Called in to make appointment. Showed up for my appointment. The guy that work the reception did not make the appointment. He apologized. Said he could fit me on in 40 minutes.? Waited 50 minutes in the room, laying there! No one showed up!!! Grabbed my belongings and and got my money back! They apologized but too late.
