I was having extremely bad period cramps when I came in for a massage. My masseuse was so kind to give me a hot pad and hot stones to relieve my pain. And she was kindly enough to give me a belly rub to help me with the cramps and let me stayed longer after the massage.

I experienced back and shoulder pain due to surgery. The deep tissue massage is very helpful in relieving pain and helps with relaxation. I highly recommend this business. I have gone many times and I am always satisfied. It has been very good for 8 years.

Recently, I paid a visit to this wonderful Chinese massage place - Chinese Healing massage located at 3214 San Mateo Blvd. I have experienced a super nice time with a professional and excellent body massage. Not only the service is great, but also the price is reasonable. The Chinese masseuse is polite and caring. Her hands are nimble and professional! I would definitely visit back again.

This has always been the place we choose to go to for a massage. The prices are good and the services are usually good as well. But the experience my husband and I received today was disappointing. We made an appointment at 8 (website stated they closed at 9) no problem scheduling. Then during massage I felt they were very rushed. One of the staffs phone rang loudly and she left the room for a few minutes to go answer it. Then they finished 5 minutes early (we paid for 60 minutes ) . One of the ladies made a comment because we only gave them $10 tip each. Stating "no one gives her just a $10 tip" . I explained to her that this is the worst experience we've had here and to be honest she us lucky she got a tip because we were very dissatisfied with our services. & still paid $122 for the massages. Unfortunately, as previous loyal customers we will no longer give them our business.

Basically.. very unpleasant massage, and painful. Not very clean. The lady questioned my gift card for 30 that covered half my massage I will tipped 10 and payed the other half the bill. Won't be back .

Edited 1.14.23- I'm adding a star. Even though the massages don't seem as good as I remember and the price gas gone up, I went back and had an OK massage. I guess it just depends on who you get. This used to be my favorite massage place. I recommended many people to go there. My most recent visit was the worst massage I ever had. They don't soak your feet anymore. That was the first disappointment. The guy asked me if I like medium pressure or firm. I said medium. Usually I would say firm with the females but the way he asked made me nervous. I kept waiting for the massage to feel good. It never did. I had to actually say ouch a few times, because he was digging his elbows into me so hard. It hurt! I now have bruises on me and I hate to think of how bad firm pressure would have hurt. When the time was up, he abruptly said, "times up Im done." There didn't seem to be any intention for the massage, just a lot of pain. I'll be looking for a new place for my next massage.

Great massage! I am a massage therapist and had not been to one of these places before but decided to try it because of some neck and shoulder tension that I couldn’t get rid of myself. The massage was deep and vigorous, not your typical relaxation massage.

I called for availability and when I went there seemed to be some confusion. The person who was supposed to do my massage showed up during it and the woman who was doing it started complaining and talking to the other person. when we were alone again the woman giving me my massage made two phone calls. She was talking the entire time just about, even complaining about another client. When I left I decided to leave the tip I thought was deserved after one of the least relaxing massages I’ve had and was told it wasn’t enough, of course I left more because a service was done, but was so unhappy with the service and the irresponsive customer service after explaining I wasn’t happy with the talking and laughing and phone calls and walking in and out during the massage.

I gave this place 1 star a few years ago with a heavy heart due to it use to be my favorite place to get a massage. I have bought many gift cards and told EVERYONE about this place. Unfortunately, this place has had sooo many changes for the WORSE. Price has went from $35 to $60, no longer soaking feet and shoulder massage and they harass you for a tip. Sadly, will NOT be coming here anymore...😔

I love this place. I have been there many times over the years. All the therapists are professional and give very good massages. I am impressed at the high quality massage I get every time, no matter which therapist works on me. It is always clean, and the environment feels very safe. If you want a good, professional massage I recommend Chinese Healing Massage.

Extremely painful massage, I asked for 30 minutes and it lasted 30 minutes. She then started to harass me and say it was 45 minutes and screaming at me that I didn’t tip her. The lady then threw my cash very rudely behind the cash register. This was even after I told her I’d tip her more but it wasn’t 45 minutes. They did the same thing to the man who left before me and even followed him to his car. My husband was outside and seen the whole thing. I’m in a lot of pain after this, I have lupus and I just wanted a massage to feel better, not worse. Another complaint I have us one id like to discuss with the owner.

Omg! Wow! I've found my new massage place! I am speechless and so happy. This is my experience: I walk in and book a $45 combo/foot massage for an hour (nice price). The music is nice and serene. I have to admit I was a little nervous at first. Good thing I was wearing my tank top and sweat pants because they didn't ask me to remove any clothes. So if you want a good massage dress very comfortable so that their fingers can feel your pressure points. I then sit down and put my feet in this hot water, which relaxes me. Meanwhile, she is massaging my shoulders and neck. Omg, I was seeing sparkles with my eyes closed. She already knew I had a tight left neck and tight left lower back (volleyball/long distance runner). So she'll do that for awhile, massage your back while your feet soak. Then she tells you to lay down, face first. I like the tables they use instead of the normal massage tables. She then works on your entire neck, back, shoulders, mid back and lower back. She did it in sections and with added pressure each time. She knew the exact pressure and where to put the pressure, next thing I knew it my back had cracked 4 times in 4 different places. She then moved down to my glutes and back legs. She uses a combination of her weight, hands, elbows, and forearms. She then pivots your arms and starts underneath your shoulder blades and omg, I was seeing stars. She then goes up all the way to the base of your skull and rubs their while gently pulling, and POP! My neck cracked, which felt soooo good. She massages your entire head and face and after you lay on your back. She then massages your 🐾 and shins and hamstrings, and that's where I fell asleep. I didn't want it to end. All in all, a very good experience. I came in on a Tuesday during lunch so it was dead. I haven't been on a weekend or when it's busy. Clean towels, clean sheets, she doesn't speak much English but she can already tell where your tight spots are. I have to admit she pushed a little hard on some areas but I didn't complain because I knew those areas needed it. I'm glad someone finally has the touch and firmness to massage my deep muscles and relax my semispinalis muscles that run along my back. For a moment their I thought my lower tail bone popped as well. Highly recommend. Very good prices. I am going here from now on. My shoulder are loose and fluid. My joints don't hurt. My feet are awesome! I'm ready for another work week and can't wait to come back after payday. Hope you have the same experience as well.

Worst massage ever! The owner gets very upset if you ask for the $45 combination massage. She states that she cannot do it because she is injured, yet she can do the $60 one hour massage just fine!

Wow, hands down the worst massage I’ve ever received. Basically felt like my bones were being crushed and absolutely no intention behind the touch. It seemed like no one had real training.
