I had a deep tissue massage by Sarinda. She is very knowledgeable of the human anatomy and helped me with an ITB strain and golfers elbow. I got a lot of relief and the inflammation reduced. She's an excellent massage therapist and really knows how to identify and alleviate pain and tightness. 5 stars all the way!

I’ve had an ongoing deep pain in my lower back, and I believe this is due to sitting for too long while working. However I have been going to multiple places to ease the pain. I was recommended Zen Massage through a coworker who told me it’s been a fantastic experience for them. I recently went, and have not had any back pain since. The techniques Sarinda were using are some that I was not expecting, but worked like magic! I will be coming back here if I ever need my back pain to be relieved again.
