I’ve been getting massages here for a while and they’ve always been good. I just had the clinical wellness massage(deep tissue, cupping, and hot stones) and it was the best massage! Mell did an amazing job and very affordable

Amazing place! Went in for a massage due to my back hurting. Chiro overheard and asked to examine to see if his theory was correct. Turns out my hips weren’t aligned causing pressure on a nerve so a massage wasn’t going to fix the issue. Dr Mike explained why I was in pain, adjusted me and showed me stretches to do. Amazing place! They truly want to just help people verses other places that want your money. They have a new monthly customer in me! 30$ for an adjustment without insurance is amazing. Place offers facials, massages and acupuncture as well! Massage was great as well! Def will be back!

I was gifted a massage for Zen and called to schedule a massage for a particular masseuse and was told over the phone that she didn’t know the persons schedule and she would call me back to confirm. No Call back! Disappointed I waited awhile to call again and schedule an appointment. Once again i inquired about my last masseuse and was told again they weren’t sure of that persons schedule. Hesitantly I scheduled my deep tissue massage for 90 minutes. I’ve been to establishment several times prior and not very inviting by the person at the desk. Hey, I was there and it was a gift! So I told myself☺️.. the massage was okay but definitely didn’t seem like 90 minutes! But anyways, I go to check out and the individual at the desk asks do you want to leave a tip? This was prior to me handing over the gift card I had been gifted which included the tip! Just very rude. By the way, I even left an extra tip which I had already planned to do…But, I say practice being nicer and appreciative to your patrons.

I’ve been going to Zen for over 15yrs & have had numerous therapists (male & female) assist me. I’ve never had any issues & have always experience the most professional service ever. The environment is always clean, soothing & pleasurable. The owners & front desk staff are super friendly as well. The chiropractor, Dr Mike is also a “must do” on my massage days or on any day for that matter. I highly recommend them for all if your massage, chiropractic & facial needs.

Hello friends, I've use the services of Zen Massage 3x's now. Each time it gets better and better. Today I had Mell (with 2 L's) 🤣 proved a Swedish Massage. Each time I'm growing more comfortable. Even though I'm usually the non talker; today was not the norm. Mell had all the answers to my many questions. I tip my hat to her for making me feel comfortable enough to blabber away with questions. I'm going to venture into my 3rd different massage in a few weeks. 5/5 Til next time TTFN

After paying for two 90-day massages and leaving $30 tips for each therapist, I wrote to the establishment telling them my mom's took 1h 10 minutes TOTAL of time with therapist (forget hands on) an mine took 1h 20 minutes TOTAL of time with the therapist. I got the most ridiculous voicemail in response, which was: “Diana, hey this is Kevin Kuhn from Zen massage and chiropractic. I was talking to my staff and they were. Tell me and that you had two friends come in recently that got 90 minute massages and so I did some research we can look at the check-in times to our system and then we can also use the security camera footage so we were able to look and see it it looks like they both got the time that they were supposed to get a lot of people don't know that that Like a 90 minute massage is actually 80 minute hands-on because they need time in the front and the end to So you know , obviously disrobe , and then also talk with the therapist so Anyway, yeah, it looks like they got the full service there was I think a little bit of a I translation that one of the people didn't speak English so I saw that took a little bit longer but yeah they got there at 3: 5 5 check in and then at 4 0 2 Olivia came down at 4: 0 4. I know I came over and so that would've gotten them into the right you know getting them in the room at the right time and. So anyway, just wanted to clarify that for you so if you have any questions, feel free to give me a call thanks a lot…” YOU DIDN'T EVEN GET CLOSE TO 80 MINUTES HANDS ON. NEVER GOING THERE EVER AGAIN - I feel 100% scammed.

I booked a 2 hour massage at Zen that took place on 11/14. Upon my arrival, I entered the quaint house off East Blvd and was promptly greeted and asked to wait for my massage therapist who appeared promptly and took me to the house next door for my service. She was very nice, and we joked about the rainy day and how all it makes me want to do is sleep but I'll just nap on her table instead of at home. She advised that I won't be doing much sleeping as I've booked a deep tissue which I agreed that she was right and I'm ready for it and need a deep massage. Upon entering the room, we discussed that I needed a full body massage with the main tension being in my shoulders, neck, and back. She asked if she could use hot stone and cupping methods during my service at no charge which I agreed and thought was a nice addition. The first maybe hour of my massage was great - she had strong hands and really dug into my upper back and arms. Unfortunately, my good things to say about my service stopped there as she never massaged my lower back, legs, or upper chest and instead had me roll to my back and spent the last half of my massage scatching my head and providing very light stroking massage methods. I will acknowledge at this point that I should have spoken up, but to be honest while laying nearly nude on the bed, you feel very vulnerable and kept me from criticizing her and also I didn't have a watch so I was unsure if time was passing quickly or slowly. Unfortunately, it was passing quickly and my massage was over with 10 minutes to spare (I thought there was only supposed to be 5 at the beginning and 5 at the end for un/redressing). I was very disappointed. While she was a lovely person, I feel let down by my massage not being deep tissue the whole time or covering my whole body (which to some extent is my fault for not speaking up). In most other parlors I have been to, the masseuse will ask how the pressure is throughout or as we get to the end ask if I want to put the last bit of focus in a particular area. In any event, I mentioned to the front desk gentleman that I was unhappy with my massage and that it was not full body or what I expected. He asked if I wanted to not leave a tip to which I advised that I still definitely did as I have worked off tips as my primary wage in the past as well. He asked me to describe my poor experience to him; however, this was in a small room with all other guests looking at me and listening to me complain which made me feel very awkward and I advised him of this. He asked if he could have his manager call me afterwards to discuss which I said that I would definitely appreciate. I never received that call or any follow-up. I am leaving 2 stars as I did appreciate the environment punctuality and kindness of my therapist and expect that had my experience regarding the massage itself been with a different massage therapist it might have been lovely. The lack of follow up and follow-through from management also attributes to this score.

Amazing experience, I highly recommend asking for John. You will not be disappointed. I got my first massage after giving birth and the loss of my pet.He was so professional, helped me through the areas I needed relief. I have been to a lot of other therapists here who were great but John is the best.

Definitely a bang for your buck! I booked an appointment online about an hour before time, day of. Arrived to Zen, was promptly greeted and Chris shortly arrived for my massage. He was AMAZING! Perfect pressure, great techniques and very friendly. Im so glad h was available, one of the best massages I’ve had from here. I will definitely be returning for a massage with Chris again.

Mell has been a lifesaver for my chronic back pain! I had only ever gotten massage for relaxation prior to seeing Mell and I now see her monthly for a deep tissue to keep myself feeling great. She does an awesome job of talking you through what she is doing, what you may feel, and why you feel the way you feel. Super knowledgeable, I trust her wholeheartedly!!

Horrible experience 6/3/24 Never in my life have I stepped foot at this or any massage parlor and for the first time, I wanted my money back!! I paid $124 for a 2 hr "massage" from Kari and was absolutely dissatisfied. I asked her multiple times during the massage to please add more pressure she stayed very light. Upon booking, I chose it to be medium pressure. Then insult added to it was that she didn't even get to working on my major and minor pec muscles as well as neck and scalp. I specified those being the area of FOCUS for that day. She instead lightly worked my neck with light effleurage strokes and aggresively defending that technique to me as a way to get me to a state of relaxation first before she would "gradually add more pressure" later. I laid there, feeling absolutely dismissed, feeling vulnerable and overpowered as I was fully undressed, yet contemplating whether I should just up and end the session right then and there! That's a horrible feeling to experience! She stayed with the light strokes and MISSED my pecs and scalenes which were the areas of focus I needed. **Called in numerous times to ask about how they will remedy this experience, with options including a possible refund, ZERO response or callbacks. Let's see how this place handles dissatisfied customers, this was hard earned money I paid for! But given what I see on the reviews here, I highly doubt they will choose to take responsibility for their poor service! From the LOOKS of previous reviewers here, they typically respond by character assassinating and BLAMING the CUSTOMER!! Aweful, Just Aweful! **UPDATE** Take a look at the owner's Response, I wasn't wrong, NO sir, You're banned from me giving you anymore of my business,Thank you and Be Blessed! Ps. I love how the front desk lady tried to act funny after one of my sessions, through her audacious remark insisting she thought she heard me say $200 as a tip to one of the therapists when a guy/client at the lobby immediately shut that down, validating with me, "No ma'am that's NOT what she said, I heard $20" I jokingly responded back to her with "Well, unless it's coming from your saved CC on file?, then yes 'I heard' that amount too, have at it" This business are on another level of Delusional.
