Stopped in here last minute for a pedicure and manicure with my bestie friend while up in North Conway for the weekend- the treatments and customer service are outstanding! They took time and detail with my cuticles- relaxing chairs for pedicures. We will absolutely be back again 😊

The lady that did my nails was very rude. Did not speak with me, spoke with the man who works there and seemed to be unhappy with me because I reminded her that I wanted glitters. Finished the polish, then walked off, I asked if they were done. The man came over and helped with my shoes and said yes I could leave.

I walked in without an appt but they graciously took me. She was quick but did a great job and I’m thrilled with how good they look 2.5 weeks later! I highly recommend! (But maybe make an appt!)

The owners were very friendly and I appreciate their effort but my prom nails came out terribly. The top coat is lumpy and the stars are very bad. The man didnt put stars on my second hand and instead of just wiping off the first hand, clear coated it leaving me with one hand with messy stars and one hand without.

I went in on a whim while on a mini vacation. I could not be more happy that I took a chance. What a lovely husband wife team! I was comfortable and treated so well. Bonus, they have dog! He spent a lot of time on my cuticles. They look great. I highly recommend!

My mom and I needed quick same day manicures for a wedding and they delivered! The couple was so nice and we loved their salon doggy pineapple. The gel manicures were quick and looked great!!

The gentleman that did my nails was very nice and friendly. However, the mani pedi I got not only hurt, the quality was some of the worst I've ever had. Idk if maybe it was an off day considering a lot of reviews are great. But the first thing that made me nervous was when he tried peeling and chipping the gel nail polish off my toes without soaking in nail polish remover first. I told him it was gel, not regular polish and said he knew, "but sometimes you can still get it off that way". Which is a big no no since it also peels off a layer of nail and makes it weaker. He then electric filed it off which I wasn't happy about but it all happened so quick. When he was cutting my cuticles a lot of it hurt. It was just too fast and he was yanking at the skin around my nails instead of gently clipping. I kept flinching and even pulled my hand back a little at one point but he never asked if it was too much for me and quite frankly at that point I was just trying to get it over with. The paint job on my toes is really bad. As well as how short he cut the nail on one toe. So short it's actually painful and raw feeling. There's also nail polish on the sides of my toes that he never got off and some toes have lumpy thick polish that also has smudges and looks dull. My fingernails never fully cured in some areas and by that same night some nails were peeling and the top layer of gel polish was coming off revealing a sticky layer underneath. It looks pretty bad and I spent $85 for it so it was definitely a waste of money. I feel bad saying this because again, he was very nice. But it's an honest review and maybe if I hadn't spent so much on it, like if I was getting a cheap quick job done, I wouldn't have complained. But overall it was absolutely not worth the money and discomfort.

Gentleman who did my nails was very nice and did a great job. I went on vacation to Florida for over a week and my gel manicure and pedicure lasted through ocean and pool swimming. Very impressed.

I come to NH for summer camp and was looking for a place to get my nails ready for it, I’ve never gotten my nails done in NH so I was intrigued to see how it went. Well, it’s safe to say I loved it! Customer service was great, the person working on my nails was quick, gentle, and talented. Overall great place, definitely recommend . . . And they have a dog!! I had a wonderful experience and will be returning, thank you so much Zen Nails!!

I have been to this nail salon in the past and always really liked them. I called this afternoon and asked if they could do a manicure and pedicure. They said sure can you come now? I said sure, do you want my name? They said no it’s ok if you can come right in. When I got there. They were like - uhm no. We don’t have you. And talked to me in front of the entire salon with so much disgust and nastiness in their voices. I was so embarrassed. The entire salon was staring at me. A “no, we are sorry - we can’t take you now” would have been sufficient. No need to belittle people. I will never go again.

Staff are always lovely, friendly and chatty. They do a great foot massage and my toe nails always stay on for ages after they have worked their magic.

Sweet couple Ming & Kim work together to operate their business...just the two of them. My husband and I both had pedicures with them and before us it was another couple. Highly recommend when in the North Conway area. Oh, and my husband isn't a pedicure kind of guy, but thoroughly enjoyed it!
