This place has significantly gone down. I had been going for years and took a little break from getting my nails done and recently went on Thursday (11/21/24). The tech must’ve been new because she couldn’t get the nail to stay on. I wanted an almond shape - very simple- and for whatever reason it wasn’t connecting. The gentlemen then came to shape them since she was having an issue. I was in a hurry so I didn’t realize at the time but half of my fingers have some sort of bruise from the drilling and shaping - pictures are below so you can see. Also there is a nail slightly raising. If it were something simple I’d go back to get it fixed but the entire experience was over 2 hours, not relaxing, and overwhelmingly disappointing. Y’all it was a simple French. I’m posting this on Monday 11/25 so only a few days later and still bruising.

Zen was a great experience from when I called an hour before closing. They were patient with my indecision on color, helped me choose & made my whole time there very enjoyable.

First time there. Excellent customer service and great work. They took there time. Because they prioritize their customers, appointments is best. I was a walk in but I still got service.

I had liyah (Lee-yah) she was not very polite at all not good customer service did not greet me at all the front desk man was super nice! She put the hot towel on me and it burned my leg she didn’t have any concern or asked if I was comfortable she was semi rough, I had a hurting toe this will most likely be my last time coming very unenjoyable. My toes came out really nice I just did not enjoy my experience

I love this place and 2 weeks ago I went to do a full set and what I showed it was not what was done. BUTTTT the owner is super kind and told me to return and they will fixed it. And that’s how I met GINA (⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️) she fixed my shape and did PERFECT my almond nails. The pedicure has always been perfect for me. I am the most annoying person you ever met. But I am more than pleased.

Best pedicure spot in town. Staff is nice, friendly and super detailed in their work. I work in the medical field and get pedis regularly and this is the place to go!

Nice environment, friendly staff. They did a very job with my acrylic nails. We had an appt for 12 noon and we started on time. Recommend them .

Okay first thing first... First time vistor, nice set up & decent layout. Upscale location. They greet you upon entering. Plenty of staff, fairly busy. Now to the stuff ppl really want to know & the bad. Prices are a bit higher than other nail salons, however reasonable. Now what I didn't like was that they made me wait 15 minutes waiting for a group of regulars to come in that didn't even come in until about 30 minutes after me. They had enough staff that were not doing anything to attend to me. When I finally seen the three white girls who arrived at different times after me and were being greeted by name, I knew they were the regulars the ladies were waiting on and because they probably tip them well. Still it was no reason for me to have to wait and the manager or front man agreed because he had to tell one of the ladies to attend to me after she had initially told me that another tech would be with me in 5 minutes, which turned out to be 15 minutes of me waiting and that lady still had not finished with her client until about 10 minutes before I got up and left after having my pedi. Now even so I felt the service was bias I tipped the lady $15 and after she said it was okay I don't tip her. I had a $35 deluxe pedicure and to clip one toenail shorter was $12 dollars and idk where the other fee came from but I imagine the lady tipped herself because my total ended up being $52 plus tax and then I added $15 to that just because I was slightly insulted and wanted to.show hey I'm a paying customer too and well you know money talks. Will I go again... maybe... maybe not.
