I was having severe lower back problems yesterday. I came in at 1pm to get service. The receptionist said that the masseuse were busy but they had opening 2-6pm. I scheduled for 5pm. They called me 15 minutes before my appointment and told me that they had double booked me. They had automatically scheduled me for 6pm when the weather was due to be horrible not knowing if I had the time or not. As a service provider I will never return. Such poor customer service.

My wife and I went here for our anniversary and it was great! Extremely clean, quiet, and relaxing. I did not do the foot wash before hand but my wife loved it. The massages were professional and we felt comfortable the entire time. Highly recommend.

This place is beautiful and amazing. I was offered slippers and took off my socks and shoes. I was led to a seat and they soaked and scrubbed my feet in a luxurious foot bath. Then I was led to to one of the rooms where they performed a 60 minute deep tissue massage, carefully addressing the areas I needed. Cici performed Ashiatsu, where she walked in my back and the back of my legs. It was the first time I had ever experienced this and it was just the right amount of pressure to loosen me up. I walked out standing straighter and will definitely be back soon!

CiCi was incredible! Came for my birthday and was treated and felt like a Queen ❤ Calm and quiet music, amazing aromas and very soft hands for the massage. I did the hot stone massage and was so relaxed and comfortable the entire time. Will be coming back forever

If I could have gave them a one star I would have, I booked a appointment for 7:30 for a couple massage and I get a missed call led by a text so I back and she’s telling me they close at 7 I have to come at 5:30 I said no your website said you closed at a different time and she said okay 6 im like okay fine. I get to the place and dude is RUDEEE and he’s like you have a appointment and im like yes and tell him my name and he’s like its at 7:30 and I said a lady called and told me to come at 6 soo?? He gets on the phone and take a call with i guess the lady and they are talking for bout 3-5 minutes and he gets off and he’s like well your appointment is at 7:30 I told him cancel it cause im not waiting for that I have dinner reservations its literally my 5 year anniversary and I told him don’t charge me because on everything I’ve seen online you can cancel appointment and than we are sitting in the car and the lady pulls up runs and nothing this place is SOOOO UNPROFESSIONAL DO NOT RECOMMEND

Amazing atmosphere and all of the masseuse are inviting. I go every month and get the same experience each time. The massage is not rushed and every need is accommodated. Highly recommend!

I took my husband here for his birthday and let me tell you. This place was perfect. When you first come they greet you with so much kindness they gave us these cute slippers to wear and you get to take them home with you. They start off with this amazing foot rub/wash, then they take you to your room we got the couples Thai massage. If you like this deep tissue massage this place is what you are looking for, my masseuse really worked into my muscles she hit all the right places and the atmosphere in there was amazing they have this great aromatherapy smell going on, soothing music with tranquil lights fading in and out to give you something to look at. It was the best and the price was not bad at all. Definitely going back every month to distress.

This was my first time getting a Thai massage, and I had only one other massage before at Massage Envy. The services at Zen Thai are far superior to anything you'll find at a franchise. You get a lovely 5-minute foot soak and wash with milk, roses, and salt before the massage, which was a nice touch. Emily was my masseuse, and she was fantastic—very attentive and made sure to check in periodically to ensure the pressure was just right. Highly recommend!

This is not a traditional Thai massage place. All the Chinese lady did was to walk on my back and rub the back of my legs with oil and ask me to pay more for extra time. She doesn’t know Thai massage.

I happened to be in town, I was very pleased by the warm welcome here and Emma was really helpful and experienced with her techniques. My back pains and tightness got fixed. I'm healing comfortably and definitely recommend her to you. Let her know where you need help specifically. It's amazing to be healed and be able to relax your body like normal again!!!
