Bri is wonderful, I came in for a prenatal Thai massage at 36 weeks pregnant and it was super tranquil and soothing. Highly recommend taking the time to treat yourself to a session. Very beneficial to mobility and preparing physically/mentally for labor.

The clinic has such a warm and inviting atmosphere. I also love how they let you choose the vibe of the room. They also provide plenty of good photos and even a heartbeat which gave me so much comfort. Highly recommend!!

I had a chair massage with RUSS to help with a levator scapular issue and it was the best massage I think I've ever had. He left me with plenty of tips to help with the neck and shoulder pain.

I highly recommend Russ as a masseuse, especially if you're a swimmer. He uses his extensive knowledge about human anatomy to customize massages for my needs. For example he's loosened up specific shoulder muscles that are tight from swimming. He has a very calm energy and is super friendly.

One of the most effective and therapeutic massages I've had in a very long time. My therapist Russ was extremely friendly and knowledgeable and even took some time at the end to show me a couple of excellent stretches I can do daily to address my issues. Will be back again soon!

Russ was my therapist today and I *highly* recommend him. The massage was truly incredible. He took time to find the source of my problem areas and provided excellent deep pressure and checked in frequently. He was kind, thoughtful and approachable in the way he explained what stretches he thought would help me in the future.

Been to see Russ twice now. I rebooked immediately after my first session. Russ seems to know the internal structure of musculoskeletal systems well and thoroughly addressed the pain and tension from my forehead and jaw to my shoulders and upper back. I also really enjoy the way Russ opened up communication about pain and pressure before applying strong pressure to sensitive areas so I was prepared to provide feedback. I also think Russ is trans aware and kind to people so I will keep booking.

I’ve been going to Zen Well for years. Wonderful place. I’ve had massage work from many different therapists—all gave excellent massages. But today? TODAY WAS AMAZING. Off the chain and off the charts. It was my first time to get work done by Russ. I signed up for a two-hour session. I shuffled in with my sciatica screaming. I strutted out like a spring chicken. Whatever is ailing you he will magically bring relief and offer stretching tips to avoid future pain. Russ’s energy is palpable—he is clearly a gifted healer. He is smart and kind and compassionate and a deep listener. It is transformative being in his presence. In conclusion—Russ is obviously The Force. May The Force be with you soon.

Service is good, company is evil though. Bought a mothers day gift certificate. They MOVED and are no where near mom now. They will not refund. Also past Gift Certificate experiences have been painful trying to find and apply it. Not a good company. Stay away. I got my money back from Chase. Everything unused is refundable. Any honest company allows that. Mom and I live in Virginia now... they just stole $100... from Chase Bank. They are thieves!

I had a great experience here. Rains alleviated a lot of the pain I've been having. I also appreciate that he showed me the areas that was particularly tight. It's not their fault at all, but there was a lot of construction noise next door, so hopefully that will end soon. I hope to return again.

I love a chair massage because I feel that it reaches the right parts of my traps, and Adriana was exceptional! I left feeling like a piece of putty. If I lived closer I would be here regularly. Pricing is very reasonable, and hours are convenient.

My experience might be rather biased because I arrived off the back of an extremely stressful few days. I walked in to Zen Well and the masseuse, R, welcomed me by name. The massage was on a floor mattress which I had never experienced before but turned out to be extremely comfortable and relaxing. Wearing the loose fitting clothes they supply didn't bother me at all, despite never having had a clothed massage before. The music volume and lighting were perfect. I left with my shirt on inside out and when I realized this an hour later, out at a bar, I was still so relaxed and dreamy from the experience that I didn't care! I will definitely be going back.
