I love Jacynta!! She is so knowledgeable in skin (specifically acne) that I feel heard when we discuss my skin concerns. My acne is doing so much better since seeing her - she specifically does facials for MY skin and recommends great products to use at home. She also makes me look pretty with a lash lift and tint ;) I won't go to any other esthetician!

I had the Platinum Hydra facial with Jacynta and I cannot begin to describe how happy I am with my results. My face was getting very puffy especially around my eyes the lymphatic drainage was incredible and I still see results a week later my skin is bright and hydrated. I enjoy the whole experience very relaxing and beautiful clean environment. I will be returning for another.

Jacynta is AMAZING! I’ve gone to her for multiple facials and microneedles. The before and after pictures she takes for the microneedle sessions are proof enough with how thorough of a job she does. She is always professional, kind and extremely helpful with my skin that I’ve always struggled with. I’m very thankful to have found her at Zenestar!

Kim was awesome! Normally, I get bruises from dysport because I have a lot of underlying veins but that didn’t happen, she was super meticulous and did an amazing job. Highly recommend!

I went to see Jacynta for Microneedling I purchased a package which included 3. I cant speak more highly of my experience, Jacynta is so personable, professional and knowledgeable about the treatments she provides. She explains everything as she does the treatment so there are no surprises not to mention the medical grade numbing cream so you cannot feel any discomfort what's so ever! She provides after care creams and even checks on you the next day! Highly recommend Jacynta for any skin treatments! Going to be booking for her signature facial next, Cant wait!

Jacynta has been able to help get my skin under control in a way years of dermatologists, medications, and other medspas couldn't. I've been getting the VI Peel treatment to help with acne and scarring/hyperpigmentarion and nothing has worked better. Jacynta has made the whole process incredibly easy and has been extremely knowledgeable about how to treat my skin.

Booked an appointment with Jacynta and the address on the file was wrong. I called her to find the correct address which she directed me to 2510 E. Sunset Rd., LV, NV. I told her I would be there in 20 mins if I can still get my appointment in. She said yes so I drove there. I got there and could not find the office. So I tried calling back in which she kept forwarding my call to voicemail. After several calls and texts messages, I still got no response from her. I am a very busy woman and it took a lot to clear the 2 1/2 hours wasted today to not even get my eyelash extensions done. This was the worst customer service I have ever received. I mean, if you want the business, why do you advertise, put the wrong address, which led me to an RV Park on Boulder Hwy btw, bother to take a call and direct me to another address and then proceed to ignore my calls once I get there and forward them to voicemail? I wouldn't advise anyone to use Jacynta, she is unreliable and unprofessional.

I just had my lips done with Dr. Kim and I honestly couldn’t have possibly asked for a better experience. When I walked through the front door, Dr. Kim immediately greeted me by my first name which made me feel extra special. Not to mention it was clean and beautiful inside. She was very thorough and honest during the consultation and left nothing to question. Plus there was absolutely no feeling of being rushed what so ever. I knew what filler was going in my lips because she gave me the options and let me pick. I knew how she was going to correct the unevenness, approximately how much would be used. Towards the end, she gave me a mirror and we decided together if we should put a little more here or there. The results are incredible and it really was so worth every penny. Thank you Dr. Kim, you definitely have a new forever client in me.

Not only was it one of the most pampering facials I have ever had, but my skin was smooth, glowing, and had a noticeable evening of my skin tone. I got my first ever Botox and lip fillers. I did my research for about a year prior so already knew kind of what I wanted but was still a little unsure and nervous. Her knowledge behind every product out there was amazing and her technique put me at ease. She is so knowledgeable and to be honest makes both procedures painless. I am so happy with my results beyond what I expected to be honest. My forehead looks amazing and my lips are full and and plump while still looking natural. Highly recommended!!

I love Kim, she is the best! I went in with questions on fillers for my nose and lips. She helped me decide what was the best to do for my desired results and I honestly couldn't be happier! I always wanted to get a nose job to fix my bump, but Kim explained that just half a vial of filler could fix it without surgery and a lot cheaper. And honestly, it looks like I've had a nose job. She goes above and beyond to make sure you're happy with yourself and is extremely friendly and welcoming. Kim even played Billie Ellish while getting my fillers because she was the inspiration picture for my lips! Couldn't recommend Kim more!

Kim is helping me regulate my hormones. She gave me a very personalized analysis and then put me on a program prescribed just for me. She is easy to get a hold of when I have a question.
