I came across Zen Threading on Groupon, they were running a deal on there for a Brazilian wax & under arms for $25. When I came in, I was automatically greeted and the lady got me in quickly since I had made an appt beforehand. It was my first time, and she was so nice and patient while guiding me through the process. I love that they use chocolate wax, very high quality wax, and she used individual cup for wax to be highly hygienic. Instead of the Groupon, I decided to buy their in-house package deal, which included Brazilian wax, underarms & mask, for 6 months for under $30 per visit. This was definitely worth it! Original price for the 3 combo would’ve been $70. I saved half the price getting the package deal, wow! Thank you, Zen threading for your friendly and great service! I would recommend checking this out for your waxing needs! Edit: I am rewriting this review because of today's visit. I’m extremely upset because I was only able to use 3 out of my 6-month package. I did not know this package had an expiration date. I haven’t been able to come in for an appointment because of health issues, and the back-to-back storm and hurricane that hit this area. I tried texting and calling and was unable to get ahold of anyone to book an appointment, which is why I just came in as a walk-in. The lady was friendly enough to say she could do my wax even though she said the package deal needs an appointment ahead of time. I was happy that she took me in until I found out my package was “expired.” She had pulled up my info BEFORE accepting me to do my wax and did not let me know that it was expired, so I thought I still had valid vouchers. Then afterward, I was slammed with, "Oh, your package deal is expired and today’s wax will be $70." I just paid without a fuss, BUT I’m extremely upset because there was no transparency. I felt scammed, which is why I won’t ever be returning.

Honestly... the Brazilian Waxing hurt as much as I thought but it was bearable. She talk n made jokes the whole time and we got though it, lmao! I felt very comfortable in her service. She said that I won't hurt as much after the 1st "virgin" waxing so I made another appointment in a month. I an excited kind of nervous.

I called this place at around 3pm and I was scheduled for an appointment at 3:30 the same day! When I arrived Fatima was very sweet and patient even though she was finishing another client. I got a brazilian wax, full legs, and underarms all under 45 minutes. She was very sweet and talked me through the process because it had been a while since my last wax lol. The waxing was quick, the chocolate wax she used smelled lovely, and after the oil rub down my skin felt amazing. I have sensitive skin so after about an hour my skin was back to normal. I would 100% recommend this place! She also offers 6 month to a 1 year discount packages that are killing everyone else prices! I love Fatima & Zen Threading is the place to go!

I haven’t gotten my eyebrows threaded since the beginning of the pandemic, march 2020. I usually tweeze my own eyebrows & today i said I’ll go ahead & get them threaded again. The lady took off ALL of my eyebrows. The shape is still there, but she made them SUPER DUPER thin after i told her to not take a lot off & just wanted them cleaned up. Never ever again.

The henna tattooing is BEAUTIFUL! She took my inspiration picture and did a great job of creating something similar (not exact, but I didn’t want exact). I’m very happy!

Eyebrow Threading was amazing. I requested that they keep my eyebrows thick and they did just that. They even explained to me their Brazilian waxing and I’ll definitely be going back for that as well. They don’t use hard was and for me that’s definitely a plus!!!!

Go in for eyebrows, the lady doing them is really good. Went in for henna for Eid and came out with the Wish/alibaba/Walmart version of my design. The henna stain wasn't even dark even though my aunt left it on for hour and half. She wanted 20 dollars for a design I could have better done at home. Didn't use different tips. Henna was bad. My aunt literally covered her face during the appointment. Very disappointing. Would like my money back but since I already paid for service, I guess the next best thing is to write this review. Don't come here for henna. Especially for eid! A literal child could do this better. And they did! At the mosque where we paid 10 dollars for a more intricate design! I wanna share pics just to get the point across but idk why they won't let me.

Felt great coming here will be making it my regular place! Friendly place and my eyebrows never looked better. I went ahead and bought a package deal. Eyebrow and upper lip threading, along with henna tint. It also included a lash lift with tint. Camed out beautifully and the prices are superb. 👌

I bought the brazilian package. The waxing was the most harsh, inconsiderate waxing experience I’ve ever had. I’ve been waxing +5 years. When I told the esthetician that she was too harsh, she didn’t acknowledge her mistreatment. When I mentioned it a second time, she still didn’t reply. In addition, I’d gotten a mask as part of the brazilian package. After applying the mask, the esthetician handed me a paper towel and told me I could wipe off the mask in ~10 minutes. Yes, she actually did that. Appalling to say the least. After I completed my own service, I walked out to find the esthetician sitting down waiting for me to come out. There were no other customers there. I just politely left. Although I paid for the package, I didn’t use it and never went nor will I ever go back. Zen Threading was a disappointing and supremely disrespectful experience.

I drove all the way from Katy because of the reviews, and I was a little hesitant to try a new threading place but Zen was super professional, the atmosphere was amazing, it smelled really good, and the brows came out fabulous with the tint. This will be my new threading place.

I’m so happy to find Zen Threading in Katy! I just moved back to the area and was so excited to get my eyebrows threaded after waxing for a couple of years. The experience was smooth, quick, and professional. I absolutely LOVE my eyebrows and think they were shaped perfectly without losing thickness!
