I was concerned about whether this salon had experience with ethnic natural hair. Upon entering, I was greeted by a nice smiling person who offered me something to drink. Ana came out to meet me. She was very kind and patient and took her time with me. She made me feel very comfortable, and she did a wonderful job on my hair. I plan to return and share my experience with other women of color who might be looking for a nice place that provides great service.

I love Zephyr! Stylists are so nice, prices are super reasonable, and I leave every color service feeling like a million bucks with a fresh blowout. Woman-owned and operated. What could be better?

I had a great experience with the staff. I was the last appointment for the day and lord do I have a lot of hair. But they didn't make me feel like a wasn't important nor did I feel rushed. The prices are amazing as well!

This is one of my favorite places. It’s a beautiful salon & everyone is always so friendly. The prices are fair & they do phenomenal work. I started going there for blow outs, then got my hair cut, and now they even offer color. I have seen several of the stylist here, they always exceed my expectations & I leave full of confidence.

I love this salon. I went in after nearly a year of no haircuts, and left with one of the best haircuts I’ve had. Ana was great and I’m definitely going back soon. It took forever as I asked for a shag, not thinking about how long that would take on thick hair with no layers - my appointment went over the scheduled time and I felt so bad, but another employee took Ana’s next customer for her to get her started while she finished up my haircut, and I love to see how they support each other like that!

My daughter and I went to have our hair blow dried and styled for my son's wedding. Ellie the owner did my hair and Ana did my daughter's. They both did an incredible job! If ever I'm in Cincinnati again, I would definitely go there again! Service was awesome too and everyone was super friendly.

My son has very bad sensory issues . He hates to get his hair cut . The first time I took him for Becca to cut his hair it was a different experience for him . She was gentle and told him everything before she done it . He even aloud her to style his hair . His hair is pretty thick and wavy so she made it straight for him . She is beyond talented . Very caring and loving . Only problem , because she is wonderful I’m not the only person who knows this . She’s booked up a lot but so worth the wait . I’m sure the other hair stylist are just as good . I’ve not had anyone but Becca . The shop is so clean and professional . It’s the little hidden jewel . I would love for everyone to know how great this shop is but I’m being selfish by not screaming from the roof top lol . Thank you for all your great work

This is the best salon I have ever been to. All stylists are incredibly talented and hardworking. Even the owner is in there doing styling work nearly every time I come. Prices are fair and transparent. Every time I leave feeling 1000x more confident than when I walk in. Thank you Delaney, kailey, anne and Becka for your amazing work! The receptionist are always so friendly and accommodating, I love this place!

Zephyr is my favorite blowout salon! My hair always looks soo good and lasts. I love the products they use on my bleach, blonde hair. My hair always feels so soft and healthy afterwards. Delaney is my go to girl! When I go on vacation I always get French braids and they stay in the entire week. I always get compliments about my hair when I get a Blowout from Zephyr. This is my go to place for weddings, baby and bridal showers.

I would not recommend this business, each time I go the person at the front desk is rude. Today I was scheduled for a blowout and they stated they didn’t have time to finish and finished 10 minutes early without flat ironing my hair. There is such a sense of entitlement at this business and there is no customer service

This is such an amazing salon. They can literally meet just about any hair needs, IMHO. I have very curly 3B/3C hair. I have had my hair done by just about every stylist who works here. Some are different levels than others but everyone is friendly and nice and really take the time to do your hair. They give great recommendations on styles and one styled for cuts. My hair had been growing like crazy lately and at my last appointment, Stephanie gave me an amazing cut! I love the layers she added(one of my friends said it looked like I had Disney Princess hair!) They also offer additional services to be a one-stop shop for a night out. They offer lash extensions, glossing treatments, and waxing. This makes it so easy if you need to get glam before a night out, but don’t have a bunch of time after work to go to more than one place. I don’t personally have kids yet, but I have been in Zephyr when kids have come in for haircuts. The stylists take such care even with the kids that have stress around getting a haircut. Zephyr is also a great location to have your bridal party get ready! You can bring in your own food music, you can have everyone get ready together, and like I said, they can handle everyone’s hair types! The updo that I had done for an August wedding lasted all night even through outdoor pictures and dancing all night. Ellie, the owner, is amazing and so personable. She has really built an amazing location and they are my go-to salon.

10/10 recommend using Zephyr for your wedding day hairsytling! Stephanie and Delaney did such an amazing job on all of the girls. Every single one of them looked amazing. Stephanie did my hair and made me feel like the most beautiful bride. And on top of it, they were both so sweet and professional. AND had fun and laughed with us too. Ellie made the planning process a breeze. Can’t thank you all enough!

This was such a great experience. I was so relaxed getting my haircut I could have fallen asleep. Almost did a couple of times. If you are looking for the highest quality experience visit the Zephyr Blowout Salon. Very friendly staff makes you feel very welcome and relaxed.

Zephyr is amazing...the staff is so punctual and courteous. Kailey does an awesome job with taking her time. My mini massage while washing my hair was an added perk! Love this place. Thanks ladies:)

Amazing place to come! I got my sisters hair done here for her birthday. They've done the best I've ever seen on her! Her exact words were that she "would give a kidney" for this place :)
