Tried out the couples massage for the first time today with my hubby. We were pleasantly surprised with the experience after not knowing what to expect. Enjoyed being able to adjust the pressure and turn on/off airbag function and heat. We could hear the women in a nearby office talking loudly (even over the sound machine), which was distracting but didn’t last the entire time, thankfully.

If I could give 6-stars, I would. Several months ago my wife and I did zero gravity massage chairs in an airport so today my wife and I wanted to find a local place to do the same type of massage. After some research, we found this place not too far away. We texted the number and was pleasantly surprised how quickly on a Sunday morning we received a reply. We purchased our tickets and the rest was soooo easy. We received the address and directions what to do when we got to the building. It was a little strange entering this building with NO ONE around on a Sunday but still felt very safe. The informational texts kept coming and we were soon by the entrance. We got a phone call and the man on the phone remotely opened the door and talked us through this wonderful experience. We loved the heat on the chair (no too much or too little, just perfect) which you can turn on or off. We also really enjoyed the way the chair massaged and stretched you. My wife is 4’11” and really appreciated the chair adjusting automatically to her size. We also very much enjoyed the dimly lit room with the water sound machine. It made this a truly relaxing experience. In closing, we also didn’t think we would stay for all 60 minutes but it was very pleasant and we look forward to going back.

My partner and I have already decided to return. It was an easy process and Shonn was very helpful. I wish the nearby offices weren't too loud but it's not Zero Gravitys fault. Bring your earbuds to completely disconnect!

Quick easy affordable and got the job done well! It was the perfect remedy after flying in late afternoon and needing some quick and simple. The massage chair is a very good piece of technology. Easy to use, the staff walked me through the whole process. I really enjoyed the service. Thanks!

The experience in the Zero gravity massage chair was phenomenal. This was the best massage I've ever had. I love the privacy and the cleanliness, not to mention the massage and stretch. We got the couples massage and although my husband is not keen on massages because he doesn't like to be touched by strangers, he is totally sold on zero gravity. I'm so relaxed that I am at a loss for words. Lol. Highly recommended.

We were on our feet all day and needed some TLC. Before the massage, it was almost like a virtual experience, but when help was needed they were immediately responsive and extremely informative and helpful. The massage machines themselves, were incredible! I utilized the max intensity, my friend utilized midrange intensity and we were both extremely relaxed and happy after our massage. Thank you Zero Gravity of Charlotte for going above and beyond!!! I desperatley needed to decompress.

Massage chair was mediocre. The website does NOT accept credit cards. It was an error message on their site to get you to pay another way. That’s when I realized it was a scam so you can pay via Venmo/cash app/zelle etc. so they won’t have to pay taxes. They spam you with text messages after. They’ve been texting me for months. It’s annoying. Don’t go here.

Went to the Zero gravity in Charlotte NC today with my best friend for my birthday. The No touch massage was impeccable. I would recommend to anyone.

This was a spontaneous find. Its cool for a no frills pre date night before dinner and/movie occasion. A private and nice little add on for the evening.

I tried the zero gravity massage chairs for the first time while visiting Charlotte today. My primary motivation was to do something relaxing indoors in the A/C on an extremely hot day where I could get my legs up after checking out of my hotel because I had plans for later in the day, and I do feel it helped the rest of the day go better that I tried the chairs. I also have multiple chronic pain conditions that I think would benefit using these ongoing with some tweaks. Now that I understand more from the owner, I now understand they could have accommodated me even better than I realized for more benefits. I was very impressed with their customer service. I will recommend the service to friends in my home city.

Great customizable massage. I was a little weary of an experience without any employees present, but it couldn’t have been more seamless. I brought my 81 yr old mother in-law. Our contact stayed on the phone with us until we were settled in the chair and made sure we knew he was available if we needed any assistance. He helped her set up her chair so that she was in control of the pressure of the massage and knew how to make changes, if needed. Definitely recommend.

It was great! A clean, beautiful facility in the heart of Uptown Charlotte! Easy to understand instructions and a massage thats better than any Ive had from a person!
