Great automated gravity chair massage. A full hour of pleasure with no humans in the room. You can even customize the massage chair or let it do its thing! Very professionally run with fast and great customer service. My wife fell asleep she was so relaxed! They offer couples with 2 chairs. A great present or Valentine Surprise! Do it together!

The set up was nice, instructions on the use of chair and gain access was seamless. The massage itself wasn't great. No where on your website or phone conversations do you mention that the massage can be changed to another type. The only thing that was said was to call if we needed help or further instructions. I couldn't use the air pressure or foot massage because they were too powerful even on lowest setting. My friend although stuck it out using all buttons felt the same about the type of massage. We just didn't enjoy the experience. You should tell people that the chair can change up massages instead of the default tai extender. Show trimmed content

First time couple experience and we'll definitely be back! Amazing experience and in my opinion better than a human giving a massage because the chairs hit the full body and multiple places at on time and there's also a heat option.

I really enjoyed the massage experience. Although I don't have extensive experience with massages, I can compare it to the ones I've had before. First of all, this chair is far more advanced than those you find in malls or stores. Secondly, it can work on multiple zones simultaneously, something only two or three massage therapists could achieve. Thirdly, unlike a human massage therapist who needs breaks, this machine provides a continuous massage, which I believe 1 hour massage with this chair is equivalent to a 2-3 hour human massage. Additionally, you can book it late; I booked mine at 7 pm when most massage places were already closed. Lastly, I felt incredibly relaxed afterward. Considering all these factors and the price/performance ratio, I believe it is definitely worth recommending.

It was our first time doing the Zero Gravity Massage chair experience and all I can say is WOW! It was a full hour of total relaxation. The massage was fantastic and the entire experience far exceeded our expectations. The instructions were very clear, the place was clean and comfortable, and the massage was absolutely amazing. We'll definitely be back again.

This hour massage feels like it’s 2 hours long. It’s a wild concept but it’s perfect for me wand anyone else who needs time to decompress and not talk to anyone. The room and chair is always clean and Shonn has excellent customer service.Give it a try!

Had a great experience. These chairs are not quite the same as a good sports massage therapist but a close second. These are not the basic chairs you find at the airport but full body focused with powerful motions that really get deep into problem areas. I was super tight after a marathon flight to and from San Francisco over 36 hours, and had gone a couple days waking up with my back so tight I would have a headache. A 60 minute session in one of these chairs loosened me right up. It’s a little strange using a “unmanned” room but you can talk to a live person before, during, and after the session which helps. And quite honestly the privacy is rather nice. Definitely recommended!

I’m hooked!! My husband and I both left our 60-minute massage time feeling loosey goosey!! Environment is clean and Clorox wipes and hand sanitizer is readily available for sanitizing. It has great ambiance, blue lighting, adjustable ocean sounds…Easy to operate chairs and one can increase or decrease intensity of the massage. The foot massage was EVERYTHING! We will for sure be back. Also thinking about this being a great gift for someone. Five stars x 10!🌟

This is amazing! My husband and I left feeling great. I had a knot in my shoulder that was completely gone after the massage. We are ready to rebook and purchase gift cards for friends and family. Love love love!

Thoroughly enjoyed this amazing experience. Completely remote and not awkward at all. Entire process was simple and stream lined. The ambiance was so relaxing. Next time I'm on Cincinnati, I will be back.

New business, working out kinks, but I am thankful for this ability to rent a zero gravity massage chair for an hour and will definitely be back again. Once I know how to work the chairs better and the heat issue resolved, this will be 5 stars for me. I played YouTube recordings of night sounds, and tropical bird jungle on top of the businesses ocean wave track and was transported to a place of peace and relaxation. The experience has much potential if you plan it out a little. I can't wait for my next session in a couple weeks!
