I thought the chair experience would be the same as nail salon massage chairs. However, I was pleasantly surprised. The experience was wonderful, not only the massage (best I've had, especially the stretching) but also the atmosphere and the customer service.

I wasn’t sure how much I would enjoy a massage from a chair- but it turns out it’s A LOT! This chair is different. It’s truly a massage and not just some random rollers and vibration. I’m very short and was so glad to learn the session starts with a body scan that adjusts everything to your height. The pressure that the air cushions apply to hands, arms and calves helped me relax and release tension. The room is very comfortable and tranquil. I will absolutely be back.

After having neck, shoulder and lower back pain for weeks that was starting to cause other problems, I decided to give these chairs a try. I waited a few days to post a review to see how I feel after the dust settled. For what I needed worked out, I can honestly say these chairs did as good a job as a human massage. There IS a bit of a learning curve your first time to figure out what you like or don’t like, but the same goes for a human massage. One of the pluses to this for me is not having to continue reminding a massage therapist to hit or not hit certain spots. I had tight knots in both shoulders, which started moving up the sides of my neck. I was able to turn my head to position the “fingers” on those exact spots and alter the pressure to work it out. I’d say the knots are 75% gone from one visit. Shonn was super nice and patient, and genuinely cared about me getting the most out of the massage. He also really wanted honest feedback, which I gave him (it had nothing to do with the chairs and was entirely about minor additions to the room, which he agreed with and was already working on). For planners like me who need to know the process before booking: Once you pay, you get a confirmation text and within 10 minutes after that, you get a text with instructions to access the building and a number to call Shonn once you reach the floor where the suite is. Shonn directs you to the suite (or restroom first) and lets you in. Finally, he gives a short overview of how the chair works then provides you a short video with instructions (basically sit in the chair, tap a button twice to let it measure you, tap another button to start). If you need a different setting or help tweaking the chair, call him back and he can either fix it remotely or tell you how. I’ll definitely be going back!

This is my third time visiting, which says a lot because you wouldn’t keep going back to something if you didn’t enjoy it. The best part for me is that you get a satisfying massage along with along with alone time if you’re going solo. Thee best! Give it a shot.

This was my first time experiencing zero gravity massage as well as my friend that accompanied me. We both agreed to come back again soon. This experience was better than a typical massage done by a licensed massage therapist. We both felt lighter and loose as a goose. Lol We appreciated the thorough instructions as well as the amazing customer service to make sure all questions were answered. For anyone who has been in search for a no contact massage experience zero gravity massage is the place. Thank you so much. 😊🤗🥰

I was hesitant of a no-contact massage, but I was truly wowed by the experience! Booking and getting into the unit was super easy, once inside, the experience was very comfortable. I loved that they had cleaning products available for us to wipe down the seats, the wave sounds were soothing, and the massage was more than I could have asked for. We will keep coming back for sure!
