I took my daughter here today because she's been needing a massage, but doesn't like the idea of physical contact. This was the perfect alternative. The Las Vegas location on Spencer is all done remotely. We didn't know this ahead of time, but when I called their phone number, they told me exactly what to do. So once we were in the room, the great experience started. The room was gently lit and ocean sounds played pleasantly. We were talked through how to set up the chair 💺 and it was time to relax. We had the room to ourselves for the hour and my granddaughter even fell asleep for the entire hour. A few thoughts on the location......I would not feel safe sending my daughter here by herself. Not that anyone was there to bother us. It's just because the building was so empty. I miss the location at Town Square. Otherwise we were definitely happy with our experience and would return.

This was a neat find for a quick night out with my husband. Exactly what we needed. It’s fast and virtual. NO PEOPLE but support always a call or text away! Support is always friendly! This place is clean, you pick your own soothing music, and I’m able to control the chair exactly to the right spots. The zero gravity chair lays you back and takes pressure off my lower spine of sitting or standing. They send coupons for a return visit too! I’ve gone back already for another massage after less than a week! 6 stars if I could.

The best massage imaginable without any awkwardness or peculiar social exchanges to worry about! Excellent customer service, highly cost effective and tremendous ease-of-scheduling! I'll be a loyal customer for life!

Every time I come to Vegas I buy this from Groupon and schedule it for my last day in town. The chair massage was amazing, super relaxing. I was able to fall asleep. The ambiance was amazing. The only thing that was disappointing was the location and the fact that the AC was not working. They did have a fan which made it ok, but it still wasn't as comfortable as it would have been if the AC was working. Other than that, it was great.

Great experience, clean facility, and great phone support to get into the room and a walk through of how to get things up and running. We even were advised to give a call back if we experienced any issues during our session. I highly recommend this private full body chair massage experience while on vacation or even as a local. We will be back when we visit again!

I tried zero gravity today for the first time and I had a really great experience. They make it very easy to use and the value is good. I had a great massage and I feel rejuvenated today.

Great place, especially if you're someone like me who enjoys a massage but gets weirded out by having a stranger massage you. I'm weird, I know, lol. This is a great alternative! Clean, relaxing, and overall amazing piece of technology that will work out all my kinks.

Idk.. this was somewhat of an improvement from the chairs you can use in the mall and what not. I guess the idea is cool, but I thought this was going to be much better based on the description and the reviews. To be honest I am a bit disappointed considering how much this cost, when the Asian lady's do complete justice with a messages. This wasn't a complete failure, but the ONLY reason I would suggest to do this is if you seriously have issues with people touching you. Otherwise I do not think I would return

Massage was exactly what I needed. Although it's not your normal Massage, it's a massage chair that does the work and a panel you yourself control. Enjoyed every minute of it. Thank you Zero Gravity.

Outstanding massage. I literally feel a foot taller, and way more bendy. I’m weird about actual people massaging me, and I’m blown away by this experience. Do it. Take your friends! I went with my sister, and had the sixty minute massage. Wow, just wow. Thank you Shonn for making the chair fit us perfectly. :) Ahhh

Super relaxing massage that you can customize with heat, more or less pressure, and what settings you prefer. Very cool couple massage experience! Will go back again!

This is where you wanna go. If you need relaxation this is the place for you. My wife surprised me for my birthday, and Wow! It was just what the doctor ordered. Great service Ms. Brianna was amazing wonderful personality. I had an all around great time. I am recommending Zero Gravity Massage of Las Vegas to everyone I know that comes up to visit. Thanks

Pretty cool place. I bought a Groupon for my husband and I. Private room. I would suggest wearing comfy clothes jeans were a bad idea. The chair doesn't compare to a therapist, but it did the job. Easy to book an appointment, and the spot was pretty close to the strip.
