It was our first experience at Zero Gravity Massage and we thoroughly enjoyed it! Booking and checking in were super smooth and easy. Shonn answered the phone immediately and gave us clear instructions. The room was very peaceful with the muted lighting and ocean waves sound machine, and importantly, it was also sparkling clean. My husband and I were able to adjust our chairs to our individual preferences and both found the massage relaxing and thorough. It's definitely different from getting an in-person massage, as the chair can hit multiple points at once. We will be traveling later this year and will look for Zero Gravity Massages in other cities as well - it's a great way to spend an hour in peaceful relaxation!

pulling up at the building and first impression of Shonn was a bit sketchy, but once you get to the room and see how you like the massage, all is well! we thoroughly enjoyed this private experience. it was a very easy setup, a quiet and peaceful room, and the best massage chair ive ever experienced!

Oh my goodness! I Highly, Highly, Highly Recommended this experience. My husband and I did this as an 24 yr Wed Anniversary gift for ourselves. Will most definitely be doing it again.

We even arrived 30 minutes early, and they graciously accommodated us without any hesitation. The massage itself was pure bliss! The feeling of being massaged in multiple areas at once was unmatched. Unique massage experience! Unlike those ordinary massage chairs in airports or nail salons. Zero Gravity massage is very effective at treating all the body aches & pains, especially the feet and lower legs as these areas get attention throughout the entire session.

Came to the address that’s listed. No one answered the door so I called the phone number. The gentleman on the phone was very evasive about giving a suite number for me to check the place out to see if it was something I wanted to schedule for before I schedule it. Something just seems a little sketch about the whole conversation. He never would give me the suite number and said there’s no one there and “the chairs can’t answer”.

I was skeptical, but this is a great massage. It's a good alternative for those who struggle with traditional massage. The Thai Extended massage includes some nice stretching. Next time I go, I would bring my own earbuds and eye cover for sensory deprivation - I did find the sound of the chairs a little distracting. It left me feeling loose and relaxed, I'll definitely do it again.

This is perfect to get your body back in relax mode! Private room, two gravity massage chairs, calm lighting with lights projected on ceiling also. Relaxing music so when you close your eyes, you literally only focused on the waves of the oceans or the crackle of the fire wood sound along with your body being massaged and stretched all at the same time. The check-in process is easy! It is upstairs in a building with other business but you have a private room. The staff is super friendly and very responsive and always has great deals to offer! COVID friendly business!

This was such a relaxing experience. They work with you over the phone to get setup, they were really friendly. Then the chair takes over the experience. I don’t really like strangers touching me so this was perfect! My husband and I really enjoyed the entire experience. We are already planning our next visit. Edit: I wish I could give more than 5 stars. I left my rings in the room and went out of their way to make sure I got them back. I really appreciated it!

Very relaxing experience! We went for a couples massage. This was perfect for our date night. I absolutely love the chairs and the full body massage. I recommend 10/10 and will definitely be back!
