My husband and I loved our experience at Zero Gravity. We’ve already been twice in 2 weeks. This experience was so relaxing and we so appreciated the great customer service of the folks at ZG. This experience is perfect for a date night or just a nice wind down after work. I would 100% recommend that you also make this apart of your routine.

Pros: The individual who helped me over the phone and via text was kind and professional. Her instructions were very clear. The room was clean appearing. I was able to book an appointment within 2 hours and they even were able to accommodate me being a few minutes late due to traffic, which I am grateful for. The massage itself was okay. Cons: The massage itself was okay. I felt as if it was a glorified massage chair at the mall with airbags for arms or legs. By no means does it replace a traditional massage. Therefore, for solo massages I would suggest adding 30 minute “express” sessions. After 30 minutes it began to feel monotonous. Unfortunately, the reason this gets 2 stars is because 45 minutes into my massage, I’m meditating and relaxed, then I hear the code to the door and it swings wide open. In walks the cleaning lady. While she was brief, it definitely startled me and disrupted the relaxation I was seeking in the first place. Therefore, even though I have a $25 gift card I will not be going back. **I do believe this was just an accident…

For better or worse – I really only like to write reviews when I have an experience that deviates from the norm. With that being said, the team at zero gravity massage is not only offering a really excellent and affordable service, but the employees really care about your experience. They are excellent at marketing, and whether you buy through Groupon, or decide to communicate directly with their small (extremely resourceful) team- you will get a great value. Let's talk about the experience though. Most massages for an hour are going to be over $100 with tip. With the technology now, these chairs are merely a notch down from any human experience. The best part about it is everything is automated, and privacy is complete. I would recommend contacting them if you want to try it out.

Great experience. It was my first time here and the instructions were concise , the ambiance was relaxing and the massage chair was very comfortable. The way the air bags compress really give you a nice squeeze. It can get quite painful at first but you can adjust the settings. I personally liked it but can see how it can cause discomfort for others. Only con is there's no free parking near this area but all in all in it was fantastic. Would definitely do it again. The owner is very nice and was very accommodating.

I had such an amazing experience here! First time ever trying out something like this..I left feeling rejuvenated and brand new. I love the privacy of not having to interact with anyone. Going in at your own scheduled time, makes it truly convenient for anyone to enjoy. I can’t wait to go back. 10/10 excited orlando has this!
