I have been getting massages with Jenny for over 2 years. She is fantastic, gives terrific deep tissue massages, tends to the issues, and is very polite. Jenny and her fantastic team provide outstanding services with a smile on their face. It's been a blessing to have found such an excellent team that does an exceptional job.

I love this spa. I know the owner personally, Zhen is amazing and the staff is so friendly and beautiful. And it’s very clean and beautiful. I highly recommend Zhen Day Spa Beauty. I would give 10 stars if I could.

Gabby was amazing. I Came for a birthday stress away relax massage and it was the best. This was my first time coming for a professional massage and I’m definitely going to become a regular. Please everyone go request Gabby. She is amazing, super sweet, and super kind. Those hands are sent from the heavens. Definitely recommending Zhen day spa & beauty to all my friends.

Had an amazing experience with Gaby. She's tiny but strong af. I was in such a bad head space and my back was aching. Thanks to her I feel so much better. I can't recommend her enough!!!! Also great conversation!

For the price it costs for the experience, spend your money at woodhouse or hiatus. My husband and I went for a couples package massage/facials. I don't remember the name of the lady who did the massage, but she was pretty good and asked for the pressure I wanted and kept it that way. The lady who did my facial was Jenny and she was VERY aggressive and would put HOT towels directly on my face a couple times. I had to tell her a few times that she was being rough or things were too hot. She also blinded me with a red light mask because she didn't let me know she was going to use it. My husband said she was very gentle on him, so I'm wondering why mine was so rough. I even put I had sensitive skin on my form.

They keep removing my review, but I will continue to keep reposting and sharing my story! PLEASE PLEASE READ IF YOU ARE A FEMALE! ‼️‼️ This was the most uncomfortable massage studio I’ve ever been in. I came into town to visit my husband who is in the military and is away for 6 weeks for training here in San Antonio. I booked us a couples massage here because they had good reviews and it wasn’t too far from where we were staying. I got a confirmation email from the spa that I was booked with Jenny who had really good reviews so I was very excited. I then got another email saying I was booked with Madelyn. When we got to the spa we were greeted by Dana who then told us he would be my masseuse and that a lady would be massaging my husband. I’ve never been massaged by a male but I didn’t think it would be a big deal and they had to be professional. We were prompt in our room and got ready for our massage that was supposed to start at 11:55. The beds weren’t the average massage beds that usually have a headrest. These had holes in the bed and a ripped hole in the sheets. Strange. It was at least 15 minutes later Dana finally comes back in and says they were having technical difficulties but they would be in soon. Madelyn arrives and I think it was the first time meeting Dana. They proceeded to stand right above my head and have an extremely unprofessional conversation. Madelyn states she would take “the female” because the bed is shorter for her. Dana proceeds to tell Madelyn that he “only massages females”. Madelyn then asks him “why did you take this job then?” My thoughts exactly. He only massages women? How weird is that? He says he doesn’t massage men and proceeded to argue with Madelyn about how he will not touch my husband. He also stated that I preferred men to massage me. WHAT? I never once said that. This was all said above my massage table. He left the room again and I then told Madelyn that I wasn’t comfortable with him giving me a massage. She went out of the room and then I heard a bunch of commotion and Madelyn returned and started massaging my husband. I sat there for another 5 minutes. Jenny the owner came in and asked me why I didn’t want a male massaging me and I told her I wasn’t comfortable with the comments he made and she said “he’s very professional, he’s going to be a doctor”. That comment alone told me all I needed to know about this place. I then received a half-ass massage that was super rushed and Jenny kept leaving the room and had music blaring from her pocket. She was not gentle in any way when she would remove my legs or arms from the bed. I felt like I was an inconvenience to them. I understand that created scheduling issues on their end, but this could’ve all been avoided if Dana could’ve just switched to massage my husband or my original appointment was kept with Jenny. At least my husband received a nice massage from Madelyn. She also agreed with me that it was a creepy comment for Dana to say he only massages women. I felt like she was the only person at this spa who actually cared about her clients. Our massage ended at 1:05 and started probably between 12:15-12:25. Jenny the owner told us to come back and “she would massage us longer”. I wouldn’t recommend coming here unless you like creepy men massaging you and an owner who doesn’t care about their clients. Even if I lived in the area I would never come back here. Stay clear. Zhen Day Spa.... please stop deleting this review .

I did the de stress package from Groupon. Valarie was my massage therapist and overall it was a very relaxing experience. I'm not leaving 5 stars only because I didn't have any consultation before the massage. No introduction, explanation of the service I was getting, or questions about what areas I needed the most work on. I had a lot of pain in my left shoulder and really wish she could've focused on that, but maybe this wasn't the right service for what I was wanting. I might've been better off with deep tissue. Regardless, I wish she would've talked with me before the service started. Like I said, it still a very relaxing session and would love to go back.

Maddie and Beza were amazing at catering to me and my wife for our anniversary couple massages. We both had our own personal experience and left feeling so refreshed and reset. Would highly recommend Zhen day spot and beauty for your next staycay getaway.

Madelyn was great. Very nice and relaxing space. This should be 4.5 stars. My appointment was at 10:30. Arrived at 10:10 and the business wasn't open although the hours say open at 9:30. Would not have been and issue but I took an Uber. The manager arrived about 10:25 to open the business. Other than that inconvenience, I would recommend Zhen Spa. Thanks Madelyn

edited: reading the reply right now, is it how you get away with the bad reviews? denying the person's experience? you can do better! I was there July 3rd 2024 @ 3:30 with Jenny who was telling me that she has a pool party for July 4th holiday and this exact name was on the payment info! Wouldn't go back, wouldn't recommend this place! Overpriced for nothing. I schedule a lymphatic massage for 60 min; not only she tried to cut the time in half but also the massage itself has nothing to do with lymphatic drainage . She work on my back a little bit but she wasn't gonna do the front of the body at all until I asked her and even then she didn't focus on the lymph nodes. I also scheduled a facial for the same day and it was a complete failure. She combined the two services as a "combo" so instead of taking 2h and 15 min she rushed it in an 1h 15min. I don't know how they are 4stars!!! it's either they don't treat everyone the same or all the good reviews are fake. Very bad experience. I have had better services at much lower prices else where.

Second time getting a massage with Beza! She definitely makes you feel relaxed and rested!! Had my first facial with Rosalie. She was also great and very informative!! She was sure to use gentle supplies on my sensitive skin with Rosacea. I enjoy booking here because I’m a clean freak and this place always is nice and clean!!

My husband and I enjoyed a couples’ massage (and pedicure for him!) the morning of our wedding, and the experience was absolutely amazing! From the moment I called (on Fri for a Mon morning appointment!), the customer care and professionalism were exceptional, especially from Jenny who booked the appointment and greeted us when we arrived. Beza has the hands of an angel and my husband was in massage heaven as well and thoroughly enjoyed his pedicure (I’m sorry I don’t recall their names! They really were fantastic!) Our wedding day was magical and it started with our visit to Zhen Day Spa. Highly recommend…and we will be back!!
