AMAZING MASSAGES. I recently hurt my back and came here after a friend suggested it. The lady here immediately after just a minute of massaging knew the area where I was feeling pain and focused on those areas. She has amazing hands and I felt such relief. Will be coming back here often.

I do not like to give out bad rating like this. ZHP Massage is getting on my nerves. As the previous reviews suggested, customer service was bad at this store. It is not a matter of language barrier. I have been to massage places run by foreigners who know what customer service means. It was not a pleasant experience over the phone or in person. One thing the manager does understand well is money making. As the manager further argued and accused me, I would like to clarify I was there 5 minutes late. I doubt all your customers are 100% on time. I doubt you always start massage sessions 100% on time. With 5 minutes late, my appointment was immediately canceled WITHOUT notification. Other massage places call their customers to confirm. Why was immediately canceled? Because they can get more money from the other two customers. It further proves that the manager does not understand common customer service and it is all about money making. Speaking of money, 30 minutes massage for $45 in total. You can get better respect and better service as customers in other massage businesses.

Night too bad of a parlor, staff were courteous and friendly despite a slight language barrier... We came in at 9 on a Saturday, and luckily they allowed walk-ins right before they closed, and they allowed a couples massage on top of that, which most places rarely have in general. Definitely one of the best Asian massage establishments we've been too, highly recommend.

The lady tried but had no strength was a nice massager but the lady in the front desk was trying to tell me to tip more I told her you don’t tell a customer what to do. Be careful here they will try and make you tip 20 dollars I don’t mind tipping if the service is legitimate but I’m sorry lady was nice but I left still stiff since worker had no strength

Amazing massage by Tina. My lower back was hurting, neck and shoulders from stress due to work. I swear I almost fell asleep once or twice. One of the best massages I have ever had. Not rushed or disappointed. First time here but going to be a regular for now on.

I came to make an appointment in person. I was told to come back in an hour. I came back. No massage🙄🙄🙄 they don’t speak English. Didn’t have a Masseuse! So annoyed! No stars if I could!!!
