I recently had my haircut, highlights, and eyebrows done by Marjan, and she is simply the best. She genuinely cares about her clients and does exactly what you want. If you're looking for the perfect eyebrow shape, I highly recommend going to Marjan. She also do the best hair color options and fantastic haircuts. She is 100 stars.

Let me tell you about my total experience at Ziba. The one next to Party City on the south side of Cactus. Saturday, my sister and I walked in after finding out that there were no openings at the one on the north side of Cactus. We were greeted by a man Pejam (he gave me his card on the way out) and we asked if they had any openings. He said no and actually walked away (first red flag) but we stood there for a couple minutes and he finished up with the person he was working on and came back over. I ended up scheduled for a cut the following day. I showed up 4 minutes early. Showed him a pic of the cut I wanted. The first iteration was nothing like the pic. I asked for shorter layers. He reluctantly complied. Second iteration..again, told him that I thought the layers would be shorter. He was pretty perturbed by now. I just kept saying that it wasnt right and wanted more layers. Third iteration: I showed him another front photo and he grabbed my hair and started to, very aggressively "cut" my hair. I would really describe it as whacking at my hair with scissors while checking his watch. At this point, I'm not just sweating, which started earlier, I'm thinking he has lost his mind and I just need to calm him down. I said, ""Im not trying to upset you." Like I needed to justify anything. I hadn't been nasty or anything else remotely close to that. Just an old woman wanting a decent haircut and what I'd envisioned! He said "Next time dont show me a picture. Just tell me what you want and I wouldn't have to cut it 3 times."The forcefulness at which he was whacking at my hair made me shut up. I am starting a new job in a week and I couldn't afford an abomination. When he was done, he then forcefully blew dry the hair off of my face (focusing on my face for a ridiculous amount of time) and kind of my shoulders, etc. I thought to myself, "Its almost over" He must have realized how awful and insane he was behaving because something changed and he told me if I didn't like it after I styled it, when motioning to my left side of my hair, to come back and he would fix it. I knew that would never happen and gave up. I was I such shock and so overwhelmed that I actually tipped him 15 on a 35 cut! Can you believe that??? What in the hell was I thinking? I wasnt...obviously! I'd just had, hands down, the worst hair cut experience of my long life! I walked, numb, out of there and got into my car and about 2/3 of the way back, I started crying. I didn't stick up for myself! What in hell had just happened? I've since relived that incident several times in the last 24 plus hours and needed to write my first review ever! Ladies or gents...run...kicking and screaming, away from this salon if you are unfortunate enough to get Pejam as your stylist! He shouldn't be cutting anyone's hair or dealing with the public in any capacity!

Pejman is an absolute genius. I have been a salon junkie for over 20 years. I have put my dark brown hair through all the gambit of colors. Recently I decided to color my hair myself to save money. As we all know, it was a bad mistake. I showed up with the darkest brown roots and the lightest orange hair, he talked Me through a few options ranging in prices and results. And I felt very well informed with my decision. My hair came out Incredibly gorgeous and even in color, even though it was my first session. I will never go anywhere else.

I use to love this place and recommended to all of my friends. But the second location customer service was not up to par. The hair stylist made me wait 30 minutes after washing my hair and attending some other customer. I am okay to wait but the stylist did not even consult me if I am okay with waiting. I did not like sitting with my hair dripping on my back for 30 minutes. At the end he told me that he did not know I need to blow dry my hair. So what he expect me to step out of salon with dripping hair. At least just dry my hair so I can leave if you don’t have time to style it. PS- don’t take advantage of your loyal customers. As I was not able to answer back to your false accusations, I am editing it. 1. I was not late. I am on time. 12 sharp. 2. I did not asked for styling. I asked just to DRY my hair. 3. He told me they called when I am getting my haircut done. And they went to wrong address and came back. 4. Also the hair stylist did not wash my hair. Someone who was not a stylist did it. She got the water on my face and back too but I did not complaint about it cause I know he was with other customer. But I got sick when he did not attend to me even after your client left and leave me hanging while he was busy attending the call. If you don’t know how to treat a customer properly may be you should not be in business at all.
