I have only this one experience, but the day before my hair was wrecked by another shop. I was frustrated and emotionally fried. I walked in to Ziggy’s immediately made to feel important and my interests and concerns were heard and addressed as expected. I will return. Price was very fair. Also there are some nice shops and restaurants in easy walking distance. Made for a pleasant afternoon. Rescued my weekend!

I immediately felt comfortable here. I got incredible advice for how to keep my thick, curly hair healthy and had a great time getting my hair done. I’m an anxious person but everyone made me feel at ease.

Very bad experience with them. There is on girl name with chrishlove with whom I had an appointment. Firstly she started with wash then after she started with normal cuts but in that she is not properly divided my hairs in equal parts she doesn’t even know how to start she roughly cuts my hair without any proper way I told her I want bouncy with the more layers but my hair is neither look like what I told her not layer one I don’t know what she did with my hair. My money is wasted my hair is shot still front desk ask me for $80. Added actually if we got what we want we will pay happy $80 as well but when it’s not satisfied then there’s always waste of money. She doesn’t know how to cut hair because I think she is just doing training right now.The way she is cutting my hair. It’s not look like she knows how to do. Crishlove doesn’t know how to even cut the hair with the scissor like in which direction says just cutting with the simple way as anybody can cut. In between I was saying that I want more detailing please two more detailing. Started with the blow dryer and then after again it is cutting my hair in between I don’t know what type of cards is doing. It’s totally worst. I’m not going to visit them again totally wasted.

i LOVE my hair. Thank you to Jonathon! I explained to him how nervous I was due to bad experiences in the past and showed a couple reference pics. He made me feel comfortable and heard! I can’t stop saying how much i love my hair.

Got my hair bleached here.. I paid $250 dollars for it. Wouldn’t have been a problem if they didn’t forget about me and over processed my hair. The bleach came out orange and EXTREMELY dry. I asked them if they would add a toner but they said they already did. Mind you, I have never put any dye or products in my hair. The bleach took way longer than it should’ve and they had the audacity to ask for a tip.

Worth the extra splurge if you can afford it. The staff was nice and my stylist Evelyn was awesome. I loved my haircut and I got exactly what I wanted!!

I hate leaving bad reviews, especially for businesses that I have valued in the past like Ziggys. But I feel completely justified in this review, and I will preface this by saying that their stylists are incredible and talented. but this is my beef: I made a hair appointment a month in advance, for my formal. it’s a really big deal at our college, and i’m a senior so it’s a really big deal for me too. But then, literally an hour before my appointment, as I was already driving there, they called me to let me know they could no longer fit me in at my appointment time?? They asked me if I wanted to reschedule, as if I had another big event or something in a few days 🙄 I literally broke down on the phone and begged them to see if they could even fit me in for like hair curling, or anything, as the one thing I absolutely cannot do is style hair. They told me they were jam packed, and then simply told me to have a great day, which just made it incredibly worse. Of course, there were no other available appointments literally the same day, so i couldn’t do anything with my hair and I felt so hideous at formal. I have come here many times in the past, and they have done a beautiful job on my hair, And I trusted them to help me on the most important night of college but they clearly do not value me in return. What I don’t understand is how I had the Appointment booked a month in advance, and they didn’t make room for me that far out on the calendar. and even if they had reached out to me a few days in advance, I wouldn’t be upset. But to call Before my appointment time, leaving me no time to find a new appointment at any other Hair salon, is inconceivable to me. as amazing as the salon has been to me repeatedly in the past, I don’t think i will be coming back here.

Do not go here. They are unorganized, have bad customer service and are not friendly. I made an appointment three months in advance, received a confirmation email and showed up on the appointment day. They didn’t have my appointment on the record and they were unwilling to reschedule for that day or weekend. I needed to get my hair done for a special occasion and they didn’t apologize or try and help me solve the problem. I left upset and frustrated. I have come here before to get my hair done and was very happy about this results but the way they treat their customers is appalling. Will never go back again.

This place just canceled on my girlfriend for a second time. The first cancelation was done via phone while she was on her way to the appointment. After waiting a week and pushing our vacation back because of the new appointment, they just called one day in advance and said they have to cancel again and can get her in a month. They did not offer any other option, and said “that sucks” when told we pushed off a vacation because of this. Absolutely unprofessional, they do not value clients time.
