Great Salon experience every time! My fav is the wash with it’s Spa feel… super relaxing and comfortable… I highly recommend this Salon… new renovation looks great! Love my stylist Kaylan ♥️… friendly and professional atmosphere. Happy client 😊

I've been going there for years and love my stylist. I didn't appreciate not hearing anything about the ownership change or the 20% price increase. A mens cut shouldn't be $55 and I may have to find a new place.

I have to say that my service on Saturday, November 9th was beyond disappointing. I've been a regular customer for a long time and have become somewhat dismayed by booking an appointment weeks in advance only for my stylist to be late because "they overbooked" her. Today I was passed off to her "assistant" who did everything but apply my color treatment [which turned out way too dark] and then was charged $30 again for a blow dry that had absolutely no style and made me look like I put my finger in an electrical socket. Oh, and I was refused a printed receipt - only by email. Zinke might want to address their customer service issues. I don't think I'll be back.

Got a keratin express blow out for my teen son who wanted to look n feel professional for a high school debate competition next week . The results were utterly terrible and borderline horrifying ! It was very frustrating that the stylist did not appear to have experience with short hair though I had specifically asked before booking the appointment. She was not able to style his hair and pretty much ironed the hair so poorly it looked like a wig . We pretty much ran out and had to go elsewhere to get it fixed . But the damage was already done . There was breakage and many uneven spots . Expensive and inexperienced!

Jess Dow at Aura Salon is fantastic. I love the Aveda products she uses, and the decor and vibe at the Salon as well. I highly recommend her. She is so talented! .

Got a haircut and style here. Amazing experience, the ladies at the reception desk were very friendly. Natasha, my stylist, was amazing and was able to replicate my haircut from my reference photos 1:1. Over all, would definitely go again. (Forgot the name of the kind lady at the reception desk with the hat on, but she deserves hella props too).

Joey has been cutting and styling my hair for several years now. He does excellent work. You will never be disappointed. He gave me Nutri Plenish shampoo, conditioner and masque traitant by Aveda for me to try at home . It is a great product. It left my hair smooth and easy to style. 2 weeks ago, I would have given this place a 1 star. I left, after getting a color, cut and keratin treatment, very unhappy. The color on the top didn't match the bottom and my hair felt stiff. Fast forward to yesterday and Aura made it right. They knew I was unhappy and wanted to make it right. They rescheduled me at my convenience and I walked out with the color I wanted and softer hair! Natasha was fantastic! I will definitely be a repeat customer. Thank you for making it right!

Mirabela is the best hair stylist. I won’t go to anyone else. She’s perfect when it comes to color AND cuts. She’s taken me from bright blonde to warm brunette and back, and I love the color every time. Her highlighting technique is superb and I feel that my hair color is always blended beautifully. Highly recommend!

Mirabella is phenomenal. She has been doing my hair for over a decade now and I’ve never been more comfortable and confident in coming in, knowing she will make me look and feel beautiful.
