Had a wonderful spa day here for a Bachelorette party. Had the best facial with Brandy - very friendly and professional, and an excellent massage with Serge. Would definitely recommend this place and these two for their respective services!

decided on a whim to have my bachelorette party here and man was this experience worth more than 5 stars!! Excellent communication, staff, and service. I had Chanell for my massage and Brandy for my facial and will be back to see them both! they provided a comfy and cozy room for us all to hang out in while we all got services done. 10/10 experience!

I just finished my fourth monthly facial with Brandy Moore. She is amazing! My skin just continues to look better and better each time. She also provides great advice on keeping your skin looking good.

This is my go-to! Serge & Julia give the best massages and Chelsea gives my hair LIFE (while also teaching me all I need to know about taking care of it). Such a calming place and I always leave feeling better than when I arrived.

I see Brandy often at Ziyan and I always feel better about myself than when I came in! She’s full of smiles and laughter, not to mention she’s very easy to talk to. Would highly recommend her!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I got the worst haircut there. I don’t remember the stylist name but she was very sloppy and just chopped my hair. It was just horrible , she scratched me with the brush, the whole process took her 15 min including washing my hair that after the fact was greasy anyway. That was not my first time there , but definitely the last one.

I always go back and forth between light and dark hair but a lot of the time my hair will get damaged pretty bad within the transition. Kelsey Sundall has been so patient with my hair and the process! My hair was BLACK and it absorbed the color drastically this time around and is being super difficult to come out. This past appointment has made me BLONDE! I absolutely love my hair and how much hard work Kelsey has put into it. Not to mention she makes the entire appointment comfortable and inviting!

I got an eyelash lift and tint and literally looks like she did nothing!! She left glue or the tape still on my eyes and when I got to my car I had to pull it off I should have went back in and said something but the girl looked like she was on drugs anyway! I will never go back Brandi was her name

The masseuse wasn’t friendly. No pressure at all. It felt like a husband doing lazy job while falling asleep. But I still tip because that’s just who I am.

I got a very bad haircut and highlights from Chanelle. I think this was her name. They said she was fast, but she was rushed and sloppy. I showed her a picture of a simple medium hairstyle with long layers and face framing layers. She first cut length off of my hair two inches too short, and I thought ok I can deal with that. Then we did highlights, and I've never had a stylist do highlights that fast. They were supposed to be caramel, but turned out copper and sloppy. Then she cut very high layers on the sides and back of my hair without asking. The layers on the sides of my head aren't even. I don't know what she was thinking. I have a stacked bob in the middle of medium hair. This woman should never touch long hair. I left the salon with my hair looking like a mushroom, and I did not see the short layers in my hair until I got home because the lighting is so dim. I am not a confrontational person, and I am too mad at myself for not going to my regular hair salon to go ask for a refund. I feel like it is my fault for going there in the first place. I will have to wear my hair back for 3-6 months until I can get it evened out.

Went in to get a gift card and this place is really nice. It looked very cozy and comfortable. There are a lot of different options you can get done, and there are many package deals. Can't wait to hear back on how great the experience is. The staff was very helpful, courteous, and professional. I recommend this place when you want to be pampered.

I wish I could give it more stars, but mine and my husband's experiences were different. We had an hour couple massage, drove in from 4 hours away for our 5 year anniversary. We got to our appointment 7 mins early and it was lovely as we sat in the quiet room while we waited. We waited about 20 mins to be taken back to our room. They gave us LOTs of time to undress. When they started the massage I had Sergey and he asked me about the pressure and was absolutely amazing. Focused on spots I didn't even realize hurt until he made it better. I was practically drooling. I heard my husband's lady tell him to flip over and I felt like Sergey started to rush to keep up with her to flip me and didn't do as great on the second leg, but that was fine, he rubbed my neck and I melted. When they were done and we were getting dressed I was surprised my husband didn't seem as relaxed or happy as me. He looked at the time and we were completely dressed at and leaving the room at 1:07. Our appointment was at 12 but we didn't get back to the room until at least 15 after. But still I had rubbed down so fantastic I didn't care. When we were paying I was trying to tip and I asked my husband and he said he didn't want to do any. I felt bad so I tipped her and Sergey. When we left I asked him how it was in more detail and he said it wasn't anything special and the short massage I do at home are better and he would never pay that for that massage. I asked if she focused on his sciatic and lower back pain like he had said at the being his problem areas, and he said not at all. It was our 5 year anniversary and I wish that the massage values matched. He said he kept waiting for an ohhh that is the spot moment and it never happened. He said she never communicated with him, but the pressure was ok, but she didn't put any heart in it. He said once I felt like the massage therapist were ready for it to be over, he was just ready for it to be over. If we lived closer I would book him a massage with Sergey so he could have an actual great massage worth the money.
