Worst experience waste of money. I tried going back in after my nail lifted and they charged me for a full set when the lady used my old set and just reshaped I paid $125 for full set polish and gel pedicure and they looked horrible when I left but unfortunately I didn’t have time to stay . I came back and the lady yelled at me refusing to give me money back and I will not be back. Using an old set and charging me for a full set and my nails are lifting after two days . Go to nail 4 u if in brooksville . I even tipped over $20 cash paid so the fact they treat customers this way is crazy

Exceptionally clean and professional. So many colors to choose from as well. Such kind and compassionate staff as well who want you to be as comfortable and happy as possible. Easy to set up appts as well as walk-in. Lily is a phenomenal tech if you need a recommendation but I doubt you could go wrong with anyone here. Easy access with LOTS of parking as well. Great deals and sales too. So happy this place was recommended to me. The best in BVL - thanks Z nails. Continuing to use Z nails since they opened and I normally do a gel mani/gel pedi. I have never been disappointed with any of the employees. They can be busy on the weekends, but always worth the wait.

They did a great job, even though I was a party of 3 who ran 20 minutes late. They were friendly and accommodating. It was my daughter's first time having her nails done and they were so patient and sweet.

i would have given it a 1 star but the nail tech was good at her job, the managers seem to scam people, you go in show your nails tell them what you want and they tell you how much so you agree, but after you get everything done you go to pay and its a different price.. they add things without asking you or telling you. good staff bad management and customer service. instead of listening to my complaint manager decided to argue back.

Got my nails done couple days ago one already broke because they are so thin. There is no apex on none of the nails. Came in to get fixed The owner I’m assuming couldn’t even get the shape right It still doesn’t match and they are saying they do not have the polish that they just had a couple days ago and I told her who had it and she kept saying no so are you saying the bottle is gone within a couple days and if it is, why don’t you have a back up so now I have to go home and fix my own nail because she wanted to put a different color polish on it like no! Fix it how it was when I left charged me 70$ for basic French and what’s really funny about it All is she said “i told you not to get Long when I did your nails.” I said You didn’t even do my nails…. I won’t come back here.

I have tried almost every nail salon in Hernando county over the years trying to find a nail salon that does good pedicures with a good massage and doesn't rush you in and out. I have finally found that at ZNails! Van gave me the best pedicure and the longest leg/foot massage I have ever had today! She made sure everything was perfect with attention to detail and ensured all my calluses were removed. I am so happy I have found Van and ZNails!

Never again Znails. Paid so much money for nails that kept breaking I mean without doing anything or lifting anything heavy. I had my nails done in NJ and still had all my nails on a month later after getting them done. I would not recommend this place and I already went back for other nail that just broke right off . Very weak nails, very brittle, for 80$ not worth my hard earned money. Money doesn't grow on trees.i would never go back and now I'm screwed for Thanksgiving day. Thank you so much for so many errors just in time for holiday.
