Had a massage a few weeks ago that was subpar. She barely massaged me more like run her hands over me. I asked for European draping in my check in preference which was ignored and 2nd time that's happened so not sure why they even offer it on their own site. Would not recommend

Zoe I purchased a massage online for my wife’s birthday for $120. Her massage was scheduled for 11:00. My wife was not feeling well that morning so I immediately called Zoe Massage and left a message to reschedule. I also sent text messages advising of the same. I got a response prior to the scheduled appointment asking when I would like to reschedule. The appointment was rescheduled for today at 11:15am. It was never mentioned at this time that I would be billed for another massage as well. I sent a text message at the end of our discussion to reschedule the appointment inquiring on payment but that was never responded to. Earlier today, after my wife’s massage, she called stating they were asking for another $120 payment. From what I understand, Hope provided the massage and did a great job. She called Rachel to get clarification on how the payment should work and Rachel said we would have to pay another $60 today. My wife inquired to why this was never addressed prior to the appointment and Rachel stated that she would do this one Lifetime removal of the $60 charge in a very threatening way. Why was this not conveyed prior to rescheduling? So Rachel, don’t worry about another removal because we won’t be back.

Got a prenatal massage with Janice today and it was great! She is very knowledgeable and really listened to my concerns and focus areas. This is my third time coming to Zoe and every massage has been great.

Ava is so amazing! She is so kind, compassionate, understanding and good at explaining how everything works! She takes her time makes sure you are completely comfortable. She explains what she’s doing and asks periodically if you’re okay. I would definitely recommend!!!!

Great services and great massage therapist. Went in with lower back pain and Tiffanie listened to exactly what I needed and accommodated me. The deep tissue massage was phenomenal, perfect pressure that really helped target problems areas. I also did cupping and really glad I added that on, as I really enjoyed it. Thanks Tiffanie!!

Wonderful massage every single time and super easy scheduling through their system. I always feel like I get my money's worth here! No upcharge for aromatherapy, and their pre-massage questions are thoughtful of what you may need. I love that there is no pressure to buy packages or products at all.

I've had massages here with several therapists and all have been wonderful. I develop hard knots in my legs and shoulders and each therapist has asked follow up questions so they can best help me. At the end of the sessions some have given suggestions for specific stretching techniques as well. The rooms are beautifully decorated and everything is very clean. The free essential oil scent is a nice bonus!

This is the 3rd time that I have been to ZOË massage at Carmel for a prenatal and I really enjoy it. I had another massage therapist who I thought did okay but I really enjoy Janice. She does such a wonderful job on pressure points. I really like firm pressure and she gives me exactly what I am seeking. She makes sure to ask about the aroma therapy that I want and listens attentively to what I request. This is really a wonderful place to go to if you want relaxation. Book with Janice. She is fantastic and you will not be disappointed.

Great massage! Worked with Amanda for a 90 min session. I had a problem area that I wanted to focus on the whole session, and she did so thoroughly (which is not something I've experienced with other massage studios). The facility is beautiful. I will definitely be returning!

HANDS DOWN, BEST MASSAGE I’VE EVER HAD!! The entire experience was so comforting and customizable, from pre-appointment to post. Customer service was amazing. My therapist, Amanda, was amazing!! She made sure I was comfortable before and during my massage. We did a couples massage and let me tell you it was well worth the time and price, with complimentary drinks upon arrival, an incredible goody bag to take home, aromatherapy, beautiful atmosphere, and wonderfully customizable massage experiences. I am now a life-long customer of ZOË Massage!! If I could give this business 10 stars, I would!! Highly recommend!!

I had a 90min session with Amanda, who gave me the best massage I’ve had. I play baseball in the pros and needed a lot of soft tissue work and the pressure and techniques Amanda used were perfect. It was also easy to schedule an appointment, get one the next day, and the location is first class.

I highly recommend Zoe Massage. I have been going to Hope, who recently joined there, for a long time, now getting massage wellness through Zoe Massage only enhances the positive experience even more! Hope is an incredibly gifted massage therapist and I personally have gained so much relief from back and shoulder pain and chronic migraines. I definitely have experienced a lift from the severity of my migraines as well as length. My husband goes to Hope as well and we always say she is the best massage therapist we know! Zoe Massage gives you that feeling that you’re stepping into a spa when you walk in the front door. They take no shortcuts, I would highly recommend and look forward to many more times there!

Cannot say enough great things about Janice! Always an excellent massage and just an overall great human being! She is wonderfully skillful and always customizes my massage to make me feel super comfortable while still addressing my concerns. I recently visited her for a prenatal massage at 38 weeks pregnant and she had a bolster that allowed me to lie face down during the massage and really alleviate the pressure & discomfort I had been experiencing. Recommend to anyone, but especially for mamas-to-be!

Go see Janice for the best massages! My wife and I have added massages to our wellness “activities” the last 5 or so years, and Janice has been our go-to massage therapist for about 5 years now. I can’t recommend her enough, she helped my wife through pregnancy with special massage techniques, me through a major surgery and rehab, a back injury with again different techniques depending on what I needed to recover, and just the general stressors of work, life, and being a parent with amazing relaxing massages. Every time I see her (monthly), she breaks out her notebook with notes from our previous massages and starts every session by asking how I am feeling and where we need to focus for that day. That attention on YOU and that care is what you get with Janice, and it so appreciated. (Usually I am the one taking care of people so it’s nice to have the tables turned!) Also, the rooms at Zoë Massage are so serene, welcoming, and well designed, it adds a lot to the relaxing experience and buy the pass for extra savings. Book with Janice, your body will thank you!

Update to 5 stars: Owner called me within several hours of my posting, displayed exceptional customer service, listening, and compassion, and exceeded my expectations in how to rectify the initial experience. Just based on her response, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! Initial rating 2-star: Unfortunately, had one of the worst massages ever here recently. Kept wondering if the therapist was even licensed, because her effleurage was more of a staccato of rubs back&forth. Therapist was clearly not mentally in the room with me, was way too fast, sometimes massaged away from the heart (which you’re not supposed to do), never asked about pressure and caused me to tighten muscles up 3x during massage for too much pressure, didn’t offer any water at end because she was already pre-occupied with laundry.
