I have been going to ZONA for about the last four years to see Michele for injectables and her work is amazing. I drive an hour just to see her and refuse to go elsewhere. I always feel welcomed and any concerns I have had she has worked with me to make the right. I would highly recommend!

I came in for the first time 2 weeks ago to get my lips done. I was extremely nervous and didn’t know what to expect, but Michelle was absolutely amazing and made me feel so comfortable right away. She walked me through everything step by step and made sure I was doing okay the whole time. I am in love with how my lips came out, and they look so natural. Everyone at this clinic is so nice, friendly and welcoming! I will 100% be coming back 🤗

This place is absolutely the best! Michelle is extremely knowledgeable , she doesn’t sell anything she doesn’t believe in%100. She is the best injector I have seen.I totally trust her judgement. The front desk associates are always kind and friendly and very accommodating “ I love this place”❤️❤️❤️

Waited too long to be seen, I always got same amount of botox out of state but it was my first time trying it here! First the owner Michelle tried to upsell, then she did it very roughly with pain and caused bruises which I never got in past 3 years with the other Nurse in Texas! And I can still move my forehead after 1 month which is not what I wanted! Not going back! Their service doesn't match their five stars!

First time having a dermaplane/facial with Alex, and I couldn’t be happier!! Very professional, courteous and friendly! She provided an incredibly calm and relaxing environment, while giving, quite honestly, one of the best facials I have ever gotten. I will definitely book with Alex again and refer my family and friends.

I have been going to Michele/Chelsea at Zona for about 10 years. From the very beginning, I felt they really listened to my needs/concerns and never tried to "sell" me on anything. I just turned 50 yrs old and EVERYONE thinks I'm in my 30's. The results are very natural and have kept me looking refreshed and looking much younger than my actual age. I was skeptical at first but now that i see the results, I'm a firm believer. I won't trust anyone else.

Today I went for a consultation and sat down with Michele and talked through some if the various options they offer for facial filler. Michele was very thorough explaining the process, what’s used and why. I left feeling educated and had a better understanding of the process and what it all entails. This is the place to go!!

Cierra is the best!! She is so knowledgeable, listened to exactly what I wanted, but also offered her own input! Answered all my questions and concerns! If I’m ever back in Arizona again I will definitely be going back to her! The Front desk ladies are all also so friendly, sweet, and very helpful. They are so flexible when I texted for an appointment at the last minute! Also love how I could text for an appointment as I was there on a work trip and didn’t have the time to step away to make a phone call!! Very happy with my decision to choose Zona for my treatments!

I am new to the area and visited Zona for their Christmas event and was amazed at how well organized, informing and fun it was. I came back for Xeomin (I wish I remembered my injectors name) and have had amazing results a few weeks later. I am very excited to see how they last and will definitely be back when it does start to wear off. I also had a Scarlett treatment with Shawna and had an amazing experience! She made the whole process comfortable and she is extremely friendly and personable. I have noticed a slight reduction in the depth of a few chicken pox and life long stitch scaring! I’ve also noticed that it has already helped some of the fine lines and dark circles under my eyes. She mentioned that full results may take up to 3 months, so I am excited to see them in the months to come! Thank you Shawna, my injector and Zona! I definitely recommend this med spa and will be back in the future. :)

I had a very interesting experience at this facility today. The lip flip I got was fine, nothing good/bad. However, my appt. was at 3:15. I arrive on time with my paper work already completed. 30 minutes after being told it will just be a couple of minutes I am taken back into the room without so much of an apology for letting me sit there for 30 straight minutes with no update. Keep in mind, while I was sitting there I can hear the owner of the spa have a very loud arguments about employees. I heard all kids of stuff regarding pay, lunches, birthdays, etc. It was truly an interesting experience I will never have again.

I moved to Scottsdale in 2020. Not knowing much about the area, I picked Zona based on reviews. Fast forward 3 years, and despite having a million other options closer to my house, I still go to Zona. The reason is simple: Michelle! Her expertise, honesty and trustworthiness is worth driving the extra miles. Love her.

Lovely facility. Timely, clean, professional. Everyone I’ve interacted with is knowledgeable and takes time to listen to my concerns. I’m never pressured into any treatments or products I don’t want.
