The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful 💗 I have seen Gita for a couple of years now and I can tell you that she is an amazing NP, honest and talented. The nagging/negative reviews are rude and unfair to this medical spa who genuinely contribute to satisfy their clients. Wishing more blessings to Zoroaster MS!!

I have been going to Gita for over 1-1/2 years. I couldn’t be any happier with my results! I get so many compliments from people. I tell them the truth, I get my work done by Gita. She is the best ever! Love her work and she is so talented in every aspect of her work! The staff is amazing and so professional 🥰.

I had an amazing experience at Zoroaster Medical spa. The staff Mykal was very friendly and nice and was very welcoming, and Gita the nurse practitioner was very educated, friendly and answered all of my questions and she made it a great experience. I 100% recommend Zoroaster Medical Spa.

I want to start this off by saying the guy receptionist with the color eyes he's really nice. The office is immaculate and look modern there is a few issues of why I will not be using their services. One the owner does not have customer service skills she rudely told the receptionist in front of me about office protocol...... You save that for when the customer leaves. If you are brown skin this is not the place for you she mentioned to me that the machines that they use are more for lighter complected, and verbatim the machines that works at all skin types are more expensive and it wouldn't make business sense to get it. This one I was a bit shocked with because on the website they have a brown skin girl. Not to mention this establishment are owned by ethnic people, I've been to medical spots that are owned by non-ethnic people and they have machines that cater to all skin types which is a smart business move. I felt they were more focused on money and not services. The consultation was a bit rushed and honestly could have been done over the phone but once again when they are wanting money they'll bring you in person and try to sell something to you. When the owner saw that I was not interested in getting any s the same day it was kind of like okay it's time to go by. I like to go somewhere where my hard-earned money is appreciated and not to mention they cater to the calls of beauty that whole idea in 2022 that most of your machines only cater to lighter skin is bit dated and definitely shouldn't be accepted Fresno is very diverse. The key lesson in doing a consultation with this business is when I call a spa for services I need to ask do they care to all skin types and skin colors

I am beyond impressed with my lip Injections. I wanted a natural but enhanced look. She listened to what I wanted and blew me away with the results. The spa has a serene and friendly atmosphere. The receptionist Whitney is very friendly. Gita is personable and I immediately felt comfortable with her. She checked on how I was feeling throughout. I highly recommend!

I wasnt planning on leaving a review until a friend I recommended told me about their recent experience as well. I've been a returning customer for years. And every time I go in service gets worse and worse. The last couple times I had to wait a significantly long wait time. The longest I waited was 2 hours at one point. The most recent my price went up almost 100 dollars and I was rushed out due to personal matters by staff. My friend was told a service that she made an appointment for was not going to be done as a new client, becuase it takes too much time and she can make more doing botox on returning clients. I don't know what happened to this place? It used to be friendly, professional and the best price in town. Its too bad I have to look for a new provider.

I've been a return client of Zoroaster but after my experience today I will not be back. Not only did I have to call to schedule my return appointment instead of receiving a courtesy call as usual, I was given a hard time for not being back since January. Then at my appointment, after being taken to the room and getting on the chair I was told my Botox would cost an extra $100 today. I've gotten the same amount of units each time and the price was always the same until today. I'm understanding if the price has gone up but honor the usual agreed upon amount at this appointment then notify your customer the price will go up at the next appointment. After stating I'd only planned on $300 and I'd take what I could get for that price I was left sitting in the room for over 30min while my appointment time was skipped and other were helped. I ended up asking for my money back and canceling my treatment. I will not be back after this experience.

When I first visited Zoroaster medical Spa, September 2021, I met Whitney. She worked at the front desk, she was friendly, helpful with a great attitude. Gita Khattaie the provider , was nice as well she took the time to explain my procedure and cost. On my second visit, December 2021. It reminded me of that old Tim Burton movie “ The nightmare before Christmas” I pre-paid for my treatment a month in advance. When I explained that to Gita she became extremely rude and began bullying me, Gita stated, that it was going to cost more money to fix my face. She also displayed other forms of disrespectful behavior. She told me she was going to verify my payment with the front office. However, little that she knew my son was sitting in the lobby waiting for me, as she continued making rude comments, gossiping about me with staff. My son was profoundly devastated and told me immediately. Gita was so embarrassed, she did not charge me the extra $16. I do not recommend Zoroaster to anyone.

A very warm atmosphere once you walk in. Girls in the front were very welcoming. Gita was awesome. She went above and beyond for my expectations. Very informative and genuinely caring. She has a keen eye for the asian anatomy. She isn’t all in for business and does not pressure you for sales. She really keeps the client feeling satisfied. Definitely underrated and would recommend her to anyone.

During my vacation in California, I used serbices of Zoroster Medical SPA . Stafff are very professional ,kowledgable and friendly. I do recommand this Spa and Iam sure you will get your money orth and going to be very happy with th results.

Excellent Customer Service and Congenial Expert Staff. I can rate this medical spa as the number one in the region and the staff is just outstanding in their treatment of patients and knowledge. Great price , good results & excellent customer relations. FYI, I have a white skeen and coarse dark hair.

Gita is rude and aggressive about Groupon purchases. I bought a 2 iphoto facial package and after scheduling the 2nd one she canceled it. They go through staff like napkins because she is abusive to them. I will take my business to Body Del Sol. Much nicer staff and location. She also expects big tips but doesnt seem to understand being rude wont get them. I spent over $800 in 3 years there.

I have been going to Zoroaster Medical Spa for laser hair removal for 1 and a half years. I love this spa. Gita is always helpful, so very kind, and is always there to help with any problems or questions I might have. Along with the help, Zoroaster is always working with my schedule and making time in my busy schedule. I have never missed a session here and prices are great. Highly recommend coming here for any needs!

I truly have never been to a better spa than Zoroaster. Gita loves to pamper her clients and make them feel the best they can be. As I was reading some of the previous reviews I can vouch for Gita and say she has never shown anger or disrespect to any of her clients. Gita takes pride in being good at what she does and she treats everyone in the office, including her staff with ultimate respect and gratitude.

Honestly Zoroaster Medical Spa has been one of the best medical spas I have visited. The Staff, Nurse, and everything about it is so lively and friendly. The Office is redecorated every time I come in so it feels like there is something new. The Facials are a great service that they offer, 10/10 would recommend

I WAS (PAST tense) a good & LOYAL customer, spent thousands of dollars here for over a year, up until they moved locations... you would think the staff would call me especially after spending thousands of dollars, but NO! lol this place only has 1 RN and you can't complain to no one if you have any issues/concerns. She is the worst when it comes to dealing with customer service! Also during my LAZER treatment she burned my tattoo and I have pics to prove it! BECAREFUL! DO NOT COME HERE AT ALL IT'S A JOKE COMPARED TO OTHER REAL MEDICAL SPAS! I also received botox and the RN did not do it correct... her name is GITA be careful I can't stress it enough! I also recieved lip injections that are supposed to last at least one year and only 5 months later they're gone! I think she injected me with water no juvederm! You get what you pay for!... found them on groupon that explains a lot...
