Horrible servicio! Muy caro para un PÉSIMO/POCO PROFESIONAL trabajo , SUS PRECIOS NO VALEN LA PENA POR UN TRABAJO tal desagradable, penoso y desfavorable. Por lo menos asegúrense de contactar personas actas que estén capacitadas para hacer un trabajo NO UN FAVOR!

Zuly, herself was such a delight to work with—she knew exactly what I needed and went above and beyond to accommodate me, especially since I was traveling that same week. She was so sweet and made the entire process seamless. The hair quality is absolutely amazing, and I couldn’t be happier with my extensions. If I ever need extensions again here is where I'll come.

The worst experience I’ve ever had This location was once a wonderful place and now it has become a nightmare.. I went to do a manicure and for starters no one there knows how to do nails , people was just hanging out, when I arrived inside it was super empty ( that alone should have been a Red Flag) I got seated with someone who didn’t even have any supplies at all and when I did go there before the same lady they had doin my manicure I’ve only seen her check people in or clean the place ., I have never seen her do nail.,( Desperate for Money ) she didn’t clean my nails correctly., I told her I had two thumbs with acrylic and she disregarded that and just filed my nail with the smallest filer( like one of those beginner ones) and then just painted my nail.,😡 she didn’t shape them correctly at all., and when I asked for a simple design they send me to another girl., Whom I’ve never seen And she was a beginner as well because my design didn’t come out the same and she kept having to do it over., I was highly upset but I’m not rude., so I allowed them to finish ., once I asked price I got charged $45 dollars for this set and it is horrible., like I said I used to attend this place and it was always packed and they had workers who knew how to do the job., Now it’s just young girls in there and they are very amateur..NEVER AGAIN WILL I BE GOIN TO THAT LOCATION., DO NOT GO THERE 🙏 PLEASE.. Mind you when I went there Prior (about three weeks ago) the lady did a beautiful design and she did my two thumbs with acrylic and charged me $35.. By the photo you can clearly see those designs are very different and the sad part is she really tried but I’m sorry if your in training Don’t do anyone nails until you feel ready.,

As a black woman, not the most pleasant experience. Idk if they are just rude or prejudice (in this case meaning: unreasonable attitudes, especially of a hostile nature, regarding an ethnic group). Im as nice as can be, always, so when I smile and say thank you I expect a smile back and a 'you're welcome'.. not a stern stare.. lol very awkward and wasn't because of a language barrier. If you don't speak perfect Spanish they obviously talk about you and treat you weirdly to follow. Ive only come in for pedicures twice and both times my artist had no idea how to do toe acrylic (bulky ish), hands were not steady so paint job was not 100%, couldn't perfect the French tip and recommended a solid color.. my first set was peeling off within a week which is why I came back so fast for a new set. I called before I came at 6pm and was seated. When artist came out she put her head down when she noticed me... ?? ridiculous. I also asked a question about the process since no gel was layered over my acrylic toe and she got visible annoyed at my question.. it was never that serious ma'am, I just wanted to ensure my set was done right before I left. Also felt overcharged as it was $50 for Gel set and was charged $70. $20 for two acrylic toes doesn't seem right but I was just ready to leave and had my mind set on never returning. Don't go here. Find a different place. Not worth the anxiety afterwards since they don't do what you ask the first time and give a bunch of looks & comments that you go home wondering about for hours.

i got a gel pedicure and it was terrible. the nail tech didn’t know what she was doing and two nails are already chipped. this was so expensive and it was so bad.

Amazing people are so nice and famous people go there as well as when I leave I feel like a model. It’s amazing they have the best prices and the people. They are very professional based on my experience here, the workers know what they’re doing and make sure the customers feel comfortable. This store is the definition of the customer is always right

BEWARE OF THIS PLACE - THEY HAVE ZERO RESPECT FOR THEIR CLIENTS . My wife has gone here 3-4 times to do nails & hair - it has never been a great experience. They ignore simple requests to fix a nail or to lower the heat. They WILL burn your baby hairs after telling them to STOP!. Their dye is messy & inaccurate. The color they do on your hair is much darker than the images they show. There are SOOOOO MANY better places to go to for hair & nails for BETTER PRICING. YOU WILL NOT GET YOUR MONEYS WORTH HERE! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED ⚠️. The positive reviews here are NOT accurate at all, they are just pressuring ppl to do reviews. This place should be avoided at all costs.

Came here two years ago. Still remember that place because of the price or dying my short black hair into silver. Color was off, hair was mainly yellow and the bleach was left on me for too long, would love to dye my hair but I'm scared to get it in bad condition again as it was after doing it here so yeah.

My boyfriend and I both got pedicures here and had such a great time! The staff is so friendly and welcoming. They play great music with great prices! They are also extremely generous! Truly great people felt so at home here, will definitely be back

My wife purchase 3 custom packet of hair. They charge 380.00 and it was paid in cash. When my wife went to pick up the package, the owner tried to tell my wife that were only 2 packages. The item was in their possession. My wife decided to request a refund and she had the receipt with no return policy statement. They refused the refund and they have a sign about no refund. However, money was transfer but product was not delivered. The product was in their store and they tried to give her only 2 packages. Finally, my wife did get her three packages because my wife threaten to start problems. The owner show signs of being agigtated.and went to the basement. She got the third package. Understand that this was a special custom package. Anyway, the customer service was poor and questionable actions by the store owner was very shady.

Did not like the way the girl that did my nails did it . Look at the picture. The only thing I would say is that if I ever visit this place again is only because a girl name MARIA work her and she did my Dauther nails beautiful and also fix two of my nails . Thank you Maria . I wish I could remember the name of the lady that did my but I’d the one next to the register. I DON NOT RECOMMEND HER AT ALL.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but this time y’all caught my attention. I’d never recommend this place to anyone. 1 if you don’t speak perfect Spanish like the rest of them they will look at you like you’re an alien. 2 the lady that did my pedicure was CLEARLY not qualified to be doing them or to even be laying acrylic or using a nail drill. She didn’t know the correct bits to use on NATURAL nails. When I asked for acrylic on my toes she did them DISGUSTINGLY. Not to mention I asked for gel polish and she ended up using regular polish. I made her take it off and said I would do the rest at home (as I should’ve done in the first place). This place definitely needs a whole new set of ladies to work here that actually KNOW what they’re doing. The only positive thing about this place is my lash tech so S/O to you!!!

This is the second time coming here and won’t be come back after this. On my first time coming I love that estephany was able to see me with no appointment. The girl over charged me for the french but I took is as cost coming in with no appointment. She made sure to emphasize scheduling an appointment next time online on booksy so that I guarantee to be seen at scheduled date and time over waiting if she has a scheduled client … cool. This appointment I did exactly as she said booked the appointment, paid half up front and gratuity. (Prices aren’t accurate on booksy either) I get to my appointment on time and she was starting on another person. I told her I was here for my appointment. She said I had to wait as she had another appointment. I told her I booked online and specifically made the appointment for the refill at this day/time. Apparently she never bothered looking at booksy. She then disregarded the appointment and said it’s only a refill…It shouldn’t take too long. I emphasized I schedule this time cause I live at Jersey and have plans afterward hence booking and paying in advance for my 3-4pm appt. She sent me off to another girl to take off color while she continued the person. Girl finished and I have been waiting 30 min. Cool cool cool..so the gratuity I paid upfront I used for the services rendered. Shame
