Natalie was so amazing and professional. She explained every step of the facial. My skin feels/looks so good and the massages that came with facial were so relaxing! She even took the time to send me a customized skin care routine! I will be back and will definitely recommend her to friends and family!

Nat gave me the best facial I’ve ever had! The entire experience was relaxing, and she is incredibly knowledgeable about my skin type and its needs. Hands down, best facial I've had to date! Natalie is a natural and knows her craft very well. Her attention to detail and quality of care is superb. She puts so much thought and intention into her service. I had an amazing experience as soon as I walked in. Her space is inviting and comfortable. She customized the facial to my skin needs and incorporated a relaxing massage that melted away all of my tension. The holistic incorpation of sound and crystals was also healing. I walked away much lighter and stress free. I can't wait to book again. I will definitely be a regular. She's a gem in our city! If you're thinking of booking with her, just do it. You won't regret it.

Natalie at Zydrate is the best! She is very attentive to your needs, she sets the perfect ambiance, she has the softest and gentlest hands. My facial was so relaxing and refreshing. The parking was a breeze. I highly recommend it.

This was hands down the best facial experience! from the aroma therapy to the multiple massages and the glow and texture of my skin it was all perfect! She was attentive and even gave me the option of explaining what she was doing and why or to zone out with soft music (I chose to One out lol). 10 out of 10 you have to give Natalie a try I’m sure you’ll be as impressed as I was!
