I spent my birthday here at ZZ Day Spa and when I tell you there were NO disappointments! It was my first solo birthday experience but the warm welcome by name (before I mentioned it) to the timely start to the amazing massage to all of the birthday gifts and just overall ambiance, made me feel like I was amongst my best girlfriends. I’ll be spending many more birthdays to come at this location. Was worth every penny!

Have been coming to this place for a few years and they’re amazing! The massages are always great, I’ve had hit or miss facials but everything else has been on point. I always leave here feeling 10x better than when I had come in. Recently had a massage with Da and it was the best massage I’ve ever had. She worked really hard to get all the knots out, and there were a LOT of them

Late on this review but took my girlfriend here for the couple treatment with facial and massage and they treated us so well and made it so calm and peaceful. My girlfriend loved it and we will be back soon again.

I got the birthday package with a facial and I added a body scrub. Everything was FABULOUS. Hilda was awesome with both my services. I was visiting from Detroit and I’m so glad we came here. I highly recommend!

Amazing massage and very attentive and kind hearted towards me on my birthday. The masseuse pin pointed all the areas that could hold pain and the front desk workers made it into a welcoming and unforgettable experience. Definitely an experience to never forget. Katrina and yara helped a lot and were amazing workers. Truly grateful

Boyfriend took me for my birthday today…..it was sooo nice…as soon as we walked in I noticed how good it smells. Everyone was so friendly and accommodating. The atmosphere is A1 and very clean. I saw pictures and reviews online and it’s nothing compared to actually being here. You are definitely transported into a tranquil spa somewhere in the tropics. Best massage I’ve had so far. Can’t wait to come back.

I didn’t know what to expect walking in, but I certainly didn’t expect to be treated like a King. Nancy was so great and so accommodating with injuries and will help you melt them away. Big thanks to Al for setting me up with a membership and it was so nice talking to Zina!

I had an amazing experience at ZZ Day Spa! I booked a deep tissue massage and a mani-pedi, and both services were wonderful. The massage was incredible—my massage therapist was very communicative and made sure I was comfortable. She really worked out the tension in my body, and I left feeling so much lighter and more relaxed. The mani-pedi was also great, and my nails look flawless! I also love their waiting area— the plants, candles, and calming sounds of water created such a serene atmosphere. The staff was incredibly kind and attentive, and they even offered me a glass of champagne, which was such a nice touch! Overall, I had such a lovely self care day at ZZ Day Spa, and I would high recommend coming here if you’re looking for a place to truly pamper yourself!

My Boyfriend planned out a spa day for my birthday and he bought me here!!! It was such an amazing experience, the massage and facial was amazing. We were given so many treats & treated so well!! I felt like an absolute Queen. I personally would recommend coming here. :))

Service and atmosphere was amazing. Everyone was so kind and attentive. I went for my birthday and felt very relaxed and welcomed. The person that did my massage name was Lucy and she did such a great job, 10/10 recommend. Will be returning.

Such an amazing experience! Came here to surprise my boyfriend for his birthday and we did the couples massage. Our masseuses were amazing and Yara and Katrina were both so attentive and surprised us with cake for his birthday! It was so cute and definitely recommended to my friends! :)

This was by far thee best experience at a day spa o have ever had! Katrina was amazing! It was my daughter’s birthday and she went all out!!! She had a wonderful personality and was extremely fun and personable. Our massages were amazing. Mimosas, birthday cake, spa soap, and a fun selfie room was all included !!! What a fantastic way to spend my birthday afternoon! This spa is worth their 5 stars. From the moment you step off the elevator, you’re met with a VIP welcome. Check in was quick. Romina was delightful. She whisked me away to a tranquil oasis and offered a glass of champagne as I awaited my masseuse. Chhaya, the masseuse performed a satisfying Swedish massage. However, the experience did not end there. At the end of the massage, I was escorted back to the oasis, where I was surprised with a charming rendition of happy birthday by Nana. Along with my personalized cake, I received a few spa gifts. Nana and Romina were both attentive, cheerful and polite. Their birthday wishes and treatment I received were well appreciated. Can’t wait to return to ZZ!

Absolutely love this spa. Was given a gift certificate and now I’m in love. Bought the monthly membership because it’s so important to me now. The staff is exceptionally accommodating and very kind. Love the chill vibe here coming in from the hustle and bustle of the city. I’ve actually spent a few hours here just relaxing after my amazing facial with Moriah and have never been rushed. My friends tell me my skin is glowing now and I contribute that to my facial’s here. Highly recommend

Received the 50 minute Swedish massage and it was amazing. I had Seline as my massage therapist and she was professional and accommodating. She asked if you were comfortable and if the pressure was good. Highly recommend.

This place pampers you to the nines! I had never had a facial before and was a little nervous but left feeling like I need them weekly, my skin was glowing it felt soooo good. Selene the massage therapist is one of the best in the city. I’m a dancer and can be picky with massage therapist and she checked all the boxes! The space is welcoming and relaxing. If your on the fence, just book it!
